We do offer an extruded aluminum floor upgrade if you do not want the exterior grade plywood or we can offer coin floor overlay, marble or checkered patterns as well. Thanks for your comment Rene, we do sell trailers on a regular basis to US residents, mainly due to the large exchange rate difference, since its more advantageous for you to purchase from Canadian dealers, let alone your getting a hot dipped galvanized trailer that wont be rusting out like the standard painted units most customers are used to seeing. Hardwood decking will last an easy decade + before you will ever have an issue with it... I always recommend customers to but a sealant on it to help prolong this ever further as well. ( Thompson Water seal works great in my past experience )
You give some good info on the one trailer with the spread axle . Your ad points out weight savings and aerodynamics but out of all that info what most of you trailer companies FAIL to mention is how much the trailer actually weighs!!!! Why give all that when you leave out THE MOST IMPORTANT thing about an aluminum trailer???? I know each one is different but when you talk about a SPECIFIC unit, give the weight of THAT unit. Might make people want to call you about other things.

Hey Shane,,I understand that your giving generic info but when you are showcasing TWO specific trailers and their differences it no longer becomes generic. With all that was said about these two trailers, how hard would it have really been to give one small wieght detail about these two trailers? After all you don't hesitate to say how light they are and fuel savings someone may have. Weight of the trailers would have been a small insert of info at this time. That's my point. By the way, I do appreciate the reply. Most companies won't acknowledge anything was said.
We LOVE our trailer, as I built the floor joists into the trailer & tried to drill bolt holes to attach it to the frame, I could see the solid build of the frame. (broke two bits hehe) Great quality & build , the sunken frame allows for floor joists to sit low inside saving house height. Please anyone watching DON'T build on an old cheapy RV trailer frame !!! They are just not built to take the weight. Thanks again & we will send people your way for sure! ~C&L~

Great question, this unit comes with a 3500lb axle, but in Ontario anything rated over 3000lbs requires electric brakes to be added, which is why we rate is at 2990lbs -
@@bill1063 The payload capacity is based on the GVWR mins the curb weight and that's what the MTO looks at if you ever get pulled over / this is the proper rating based on the tires of what the trailer can also handle for payload.
ICARUS Blue is a wireless remote system that we sell for $289 that runs off an app on your phone, so that way you don't have to carry around an extra key fob and you can dump the trailer from inside your vehicle - 30 meter range. ( its easy to install as well )

Galvanizing is interesting. I'd like to see some real world reports on how well it holds up. The rest of the trailer is inferior to at least a half dozen other manufacturers.
7 ton trailer due to the axle capacity being 7k/axle. Trailer is built heavier than most, so it lasts longer, but.........it cannot haul as much weight simply because its so much heavier
Our standard 7 x 12' ( 7 ton ) model weighs in at just over 3400lbs empty, so the payload capacity is over 10,500lbs , which is pretty standard with all dump trailers in this size, whether it be painted or galvanized ( with the extra framing we added, the N&N dump trailer is only going to be a couple hundred pounds difference in overall weight from other trailers, but with the heavier structure it will help avoid the bed from twisting and braking

You should put the d rings that are on the floor of the bump box and put them on the side that way crap does not hang up on then when you dump and water won't get held there
convince me that your single cylinder direct lift hoist is better than a scissor hoist. I'm not sure that I'm comfortable loading that trailer to capacity and raising it to full extension...especially if the trailer is less than perfectly level. It looks like an accident waiting to happen. Also, the rear stabilizer jacks serve to keep the ass end of the vehicle on the ground, not the front of the vehicle.
Thanks for your comment, N&N has been building these trailers for 20 years this way and we do not have any issues. If you look at most commercial grade dump trucks, this is the exact same telescopic cylinder design they use as well.
"Coupler on this trailer is zinc coated to prevent rust..." "Other trailer manufacturers use zinc coated door bars, which do rust..." LOL. Beautiful trailer though.
I own a 2015 Stehl with electric brakes. When hooking up the wiring to my MH we discovered the brakes had been installed wrong at the factory. I had to have them removed and turned 180 degrees in order to function properly. After the first hundred miles I discovered that my left taillight/ signal was not working at all. I had to remove the entire wheel to repair the electric wire, which had so much slack in it from the factory that the tire rubbed it through completely. Also my 2015 Buick front bumper would have been destroyed without a spotter watching when I first tried loading my car. Had to build a set of wood ramps to get clearance.
Demco makes a few different models, they too are a very well made trailer. Their standard model is almost the exact same as this trailer, and then they have an elite series which has a few more upgrades than our standard model. Hope this helps.
+Action Trailers Is the Stehl version fabricated in the USA? I am looking for a unit that's made here. Demco and Roadmaster both said their units were built/fabricated here 100% (Demco said even US steel was used) while the Tow Master is "assembled" here with Chinese components.
The aluminum panels have a proprietary S lock channel that the panels seam together and then an additional two party epoxy glue is applied to provide the ultimate seal.
Andrew Johnson we do provide 8 tie downs with this model, which are shipped loose in the trailer with self tapping screws to install. The reason we do not install them, is due to this trailer being a multi purpose trailer and most of the time a d-ring location is crucial to install in the proper position, depending on the length of machine one may be hauling or type of cargo that is being hauled.
