Hello! This is a 1/12 scale, these tires are 76mm high by 27mm wide. If you are actually asking about a 124 scale, though, I normally put on a 1 inch wheel with whatever tire height/diameter that fits based on the fenders, height of the vehicle, straight axles vs portal, axles, etc. I hope that answer your question, if not, let me know.

Actually, I made a mistake. I was thinking of another MN I have. This one comes with the 12 mm hex already on it. It's really easy to swap out the wheels if you choose to do so.

Hello, to me they are different enough that I couldn't pick one. The 128 is larger, and although I put new tires and rims on it, the stock ones look good right out of the box compared to the stock tires that come with this. This has oil shocks and the 128 does not, but it runs just as well. So to me it comes down to looks and size.
Sorry I don't intend to spam your comments 😅 But if you move the steering linkage down one hole on the servo horn it makes the steering angle pretty much perfect 😊

I actually had to do the opposite on my WPL C74 Suzuki Jimny because for some reason when I turn all the way to the right or to the left, the stinks starts hopping like crazy like something is catching. so I had to move the link up. It still doesn't resolve it totally though. But these MN's don't seem to have that problem. Thanks for the reminder!
Yeah I know what you mean with the 2 speed. I think with the electric 2 speed they just give lower speed less power. So I tend to crawl mine in high gear oddly seems to perform better 😀
The roof racks of the mn78 Cherokee fits the 168 . And the 128 roof rack fits to its the same one that comes on the 168pro when it's released minus the accessories 😊
Nice I love mine best deal in budget 18 scale crawlers I've seen Try running without the rear spare onboard it adds weight to the rear and takes weight off the front axle i see your front tires spinning a lot I use cheap steel tire weight on the inside wheel wells to get some great traction from the front axle
You are right on the ball! This thing has been heavy in the back since I got it. I haven't used it in a while, but I'm going to be putting some weight into the front end as you suggested. Appreciate the comment!
@@DC-RC18 The weights I used were from CKAuto you can get them the usual places I went with the black ones in 1oz they also come in 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz Nice black finish with high quality 2 sided tape already installed just peel and stick They work well on my 24th scale up to my 10th scale I think 1 box did 15 trucks
Why not double tires for the rear and middle axles? Also, I'm pretty sure you got an older version of the B16 there, WPL own website says the all of the B-series should have the BC receiver by now, only the C54-1, C24 and C14 doesn't have them. The BC transmitter has two extra toggle button each for throttle and steering, four extra slots of JST PH2.0 for reverse, brake, left and right signal and it has slightly better modulation too. What a bummer. Other than that, I like the ladder on the driver side and weathering! Looks great!
That will be really cool. I have leaf springs on my MN 82, and also on my WPL Suzuki Jimny. The only problem with the Jimny though is that I changed out the axles, and when I put them back on, the rear stays up until you put pressure on it then it just drops and doesn't pop back up. I put a metal roof rack on it, but there isn't enough weight on there for the leaf springs to not pop up at all. I've looked at pictures and I appear to have them back on correctly. I even ordered the stiffer, or thicker leaf springs from WPL, and nothing helps. I'm now thinking of putting the springs back on the rear, but also throwing some shocks,
Nice set up. On my one i have all the metal parts fitted. And up graded the esc to a 1080 Hobby wing quick run. Woks well. But i love what you have done to yours. Big thumbs up. And i have just subscribed as well.👍💯
I actually ended up ordering the metal axles and driveshafts. But I only received the front driveshaft, so I'm waiting for the rear to arrive. Decided to upgrade with metal despite what I said in the first video. Reason behind that, is I updated my WPL Jimny, and the axles and gears are fantastic. So decided to go metal on the MN.
The bumper flip will kill up hill climbing ability. The best way to close the gap between the bumper and body would be to relocate the battery to the ESC tray and lower the front body mount . Remove the existing battery tray and mount the ESC between the rear frame rails . The battery in the front makes for better weight distribution.
