Thanks Don for the comments about Québec. You are absolutely right. It would be an awesome market for thr NHL. First of all it is bigger than Winnipeg,secondly within a couple of year it will have an urban area of a 1 000 000 people,thirdly its unemployment rate is at an all-time low, perhaps the lowest in Canada fourthly it is no longer a sleeping city of civil servants, its economy has been greatly diversified.
