Awesome thank you, Is there any light accessories we can have for the MT2. However I noticed when you connect the arm and the screen the gamble does balance when you have to put it down? Is that correct ?Thank you for the awesome video.
I got the handle accessory. It's OK. I prefer to mount it so that it's off to the side, rather than front and back. The problem with it that way is that the main weight is then in my left hand, and i'm right handed. I think a better extension arm would be one that mounts underneath, below the main handle, so it can be positioned to the left. I see two or three on Amazon that might work.
You can also stack a few filters on top of each other and have a magnetic protective back. That allows for compact storing the filters you don’t use and saves you a big oversized filter case for each filter. Very handy and great quality.
I'm looking for help that cannon couldn't give me. I want to go in bulb mode and lock shutter open untill IM READY TO CLOSE witch I can physically do on the camera but I don't want to touch the camera. Do you know of a remote that will allow me to start shutter with a press then end shutter with another press. This is for light painting photography on canon r6 mark ii...... thanks so much for your help
Hello, you have no idea how much I appreciate this video as there are no other ones talking about accessories for this gimbal. I'm new to this and wondering what you would recommend for dual cold shoe connected via 1/4 to the gimbal (don't need a handle grip). I basically want to connect a monitor and microphone to it, same feelworld monitor used in this video with a rode mic. TIA!!
A very useful video, I just received my 6l sling bag and I was a little disappointed by the size, I have a nikon z5 and it is quite large with a 24-200 lens, I only had room for another small lens, but seeing how you accommodated your camera made a lot of sense to me and now I have more room for another lens or a small flash. Thanks greetings!
Hello Michael, I'm not sure if you're still responding to comments on this video (especially there's none here before mind), but I'll still ask the question nonetheless. I wanted to know how exactly does the Smallrig solve the overheating solution? I remember seeing your comment on another RU-vid channel addressing the situation and mentioned that the accessory works as a sort of heatsink. Does the heat transfer into the aluminum material itself? Also, another question, how much longer can you record with the small rig compared to recording without it? Is there a significant difference, or does it provide only a small benefit? I want to make sure I'm purchasing the right accessory to handle the overheating solution to my own GoPro Hero 10. Thank you in advance for answering my questions!
Soo I’ve been shooting with the sigma 24-70 2.8 art on my canon r6. It’s been a fantastic lens. I upgraded to the rf 24-70 2.8 a couple days ago and have noticed it’s significantly faster at focusing both in photo and video. Sigma will get you by, but the canon is leaps and bounds ahead of it.
Thanks! I was unaware of the Hohem accessories. That really tilts the scales to getting this gimbal. You did a great job of listing and demonstrating them and the links are very helpful. Great job!
Hi 🙋🏽♀️ informative vid! Thanks! I will be doing an event photography shoot/session soon. Would u recommend that i purchase this light to use or should i get the typical external light with batteries?
Thank you for the review! I have a question. I have canon eos250d. Rf lenses are only for ‚r‘ canon cams? For my cam i can only use ‚ef‘ lenses? I am new with photography and i do not really understand everything lol
the only gripe I had, was the replenishment of towels, other than that everything else was good. very clean resort. only drink bottled water, don't drink the tap, you will get sick.
@@Michael_Anthony05 Thanks for the information. I currently have the Hohem iSteady M6 which I use with my iPhone 12 Pro. Looking at getting the Canon EOS R50 and the Hohem iSteady MT2 in 2months.
@@Michael_Anthony05 we were there at the beginning of December. Cockroaches 🪳 in dining area! , very dirty dishes, cutlery. Tv didn’t work , the screen was like someone burned it.., but obviously we didn’t go to watch tv on that kind of trip. No towels in the room for three days at all! , begging and tipping didn’t work, so we were using our beach towels after taking shower. We couldn’t close balcony, the lock was broken. Just one bottle of water, they do not care to refill it. Dirty beddings..dirty bath… The worst was problem with toilet which didn’t work and the plumber didn’t know how to fix it..omggg…finally they sent someone who could do it on the 4th day!. Receptionists ignoring any complaints… We were keeping calling them to fix at least our toilet so they blocked our line! Etc…etc.. No no no no… They have only beautiful beach!
@@Michael_Anthony05 thank you, you know I didn’t expect luxury but basic and simple things should work well…Now I know that there is many occidental resorts in Dominican Republic..eg Caribe🙈, Grand etc etc…that yours on the video looks nice…Greetings 👋
thanks so much for your reply - I bought it and I bought also the battery and I'm very curious to know if it works also with a power bank so I will know
very good review - I have seen in the photos that it has also the USB in and it was written near that it is a DC too so it can be powered with a power bank as well or I'm wrong?
everything that you see in the video comes with the handle, it is made specifically for the gimbal. nothing else to buy. OK, I really need to make another video, people are getting confused, everything you see in the video when I install it on the gimbal comes with it. You will not need to buy anything additional.
@@Michael_Anthony05 maybe there is a specific rail provided by the mt2 on your country additional accessories thats why we get confused here in ph we dont get that extra accessory on the right side mounting for the 1/4 screw
@@rjlaurense8490 I am going to make another video on this , it will be posted on Saturday, to eliminate the confusion, you don't need any additional parts.
Thank you for your video, it really interested me. But tell me how do you attach the handle to the MT2 with the NATO which is against the body of the guimbal because I cannot find the part (NATO- 1/4-20) and it does not come with the handle. ? Thank you. Envoyer des commentaires Panneaux latéraux
This is specifically made for the Hohem mt2, you attach a piece to the gimbal via a 1/4 20 screw and the other piece slides on and you attach the arm. You don't need to buy any additional parts. this is made for the gimbal. I need to do another video on this, everyone is so confused, LOL.
Sorry to be critical but it might help future videos.... your lighting here is very dark and the details of the lens you are showing is lost and out of focus.
