I don't know if this was done in a game or as a seperate animation, but for some reason it reminds me of the dance bit at the end of True Crime Streets of LA.
Drawn in by an image, and then... I know that name! Love RU-vid and the myriad of mind adventures the ear candy wormhole opens up. Then I love Reddit for the answers I do not have myself. Very calming, Zed. The image is perfect and you've delivered. Wishing you a happy first week in a new future and extended dimension in time!
Thank you! Are you asking about the origins of synthwave? The soundtrack for the movie "Drive" is a good starting point, although its roots go back to the 80s. Unless you mean something else.
@@zedarkadia The melody is a bit familiar, especially the first few seconds, but I can't tell where it comes from. I wasn't thinking of Drive, true, I only knew Nightcall and Tick Of The Clock from that, but now that you mention it, Bride of Deluxe is quite a good song. Anyway, what's really important is that this synthwave sound is really good :)
@@Neozmo It's an original composition, but I do use common chord progressions and I definitely have my influences so I guess a similarity to another track isn't surprising. Thanks again!
