Thank you os much River Lady!!!! I have watched this compost video twice now but I never get any worms....is that normal? Or can I add worms? Also, and more importantly, so thrilled that you are feeling better! xoxoxo
@@karynwright-sikora1606 Hi thank you. Feel free to add a scoop of garden soil with a few earthworms. They help to move the soil. However the bacteria will do most of the work if you’re turning your compost. 🌻
I thought I read somewhere that one should split the planting by half every four years or so to give the plants enough space. Do you recommend that? If so, what is the proper procedure?
@@Ummonchinable I split in the spring although some gardeners split in fall. I find the soil is too dry in the fall. Spring is when the ground is moist. I just dig out a clump with a spade. I feed when I see new growth forming. I hope this helps. 🌻
One of the best videos on Garden Plox! Thank you, I had to search many videos before I ran across yours to get the information I needed. Greatvideo. I will subscribe!
@@CBReal1290 Hello, leaf wilt is a particular fungal infection common to clematis vines, regardless of the type of compost. But that was a good thought. 🥰
Omg super helpful. I have 3 but new to them and I was kind of worried about killing them if I snipped them.. and they need it 😩.. also humid here too and needed the mildew tips as well! Thanks for the tips!🙏🏼
Beyond excellent video! Thank you for posting. You covered all my questions. I am new to gardening, and this was so informative. Please keep the videos coming. Love and Light to you .
The green leaves on my bee balm are drying out, is it possible they are diseased? They get just enough water and the flower itself is amazing but the leaves and stalks are starting to look rough :(
@@TinthiaClemant Good morning. Thanks, I tried that, almost imperceptible. I am deadheading now and barely any fragrance. Will I get a 2nd bloom, I am in zone 5.
@@TinthiaClemant Thanks for the tip. I haven't noticed any, but even my smaller plant is not as fragrant as it has been. Perhaps they came up too early . I will water and fertilize. This is all new to me. I thought I was getting the same plant and was shocked when this plant grew 4 feet! The original one, which is older, is only about a foot tall.
@@dorothybrown8859 hello there are many many cultivars of Bee-balm some are tall and some are short. I’ve always felt that the leaves smelled beautiful on all of them, but your information has made me pause and I will have to look into this. It’s a pleasure communicating with you. 🌺
Great video thank you so much!! I was thinking I had killed mine but they just needed to be trimmed back and a new wave will come along!! ❤ so glad I found your channel 🌼
I used a mail order company called Lazarus naturals I found their product to be of the highest quality. They had a good reputation for providing all the information about the oil that a person would need including how the plants were grown, etc.. I wish you the best of luck.
