Learn how to make meals from scratch learn how to take vegetables roasting and puree them into a healthy pasta sauce and eat as much as real pasta that is not falsely processed. Learn how to get 100% grass-fed ghee and olive oils avocado oils. Learn how to make sourdough bread or buy sourdough bread from a trusted bakery that only has the sourdough starter which is literally bread with water and salt or sugar as in of a honey or 100% organic cane sugar. Learn how to make things from scratch there's so many recipes and so many bad choices of so-called food that you can make healthy and delicious homemade and from scratch.

1) It’s alway very refreshing about traveler ‘stumbling’ upon Malaysia / KL, there is some rawness with their reactions. It is what it is kind of reaction 2) Yet the information about KL having a not so good reputation for its food is very precarious. People come to KL (Penang etc2) because of the food here. 😅
Obviously you don't know much about KL & Malaysia & rattling too much. Doesn't matter because a lot more people do know KL & Malaysia which has become one the most visited country in Asia!
This is the realest thing that so many people need to hear. Starving yourself, scientifically, doesn't work as well as you think it does. Your body learns to conserve fat because you aren't giving it the resources it needs and burns even less calories when you exercise. Did you overeat? That's okay. You're allowed to enjoy yourself. Just don't swing the pendulum the other way this harshly because it's gonna keep moving back and forth and you'll just feel terrible. You need to "get back to baseline" at a reasonable pace. Great advice :)
