I was able to correct my posture by eating an alkaline diet and then juice fast for 70 days. The toxic and acidic matter deposited in my bones was removed by my own body. I have regained both posture and flexibility. Please note that I did not do any kind of exercise.
spot on people just don't give it a chance for some reason some prove it works on you tube and amazon reviews they would not make them for nothing and just for the hell of it@@shubh_chandrakar9334
@@xbenci I am struggling with this situation too and normal gym is not helping me. I need to do exercises which focuses on particular muscles on my neck. Yoga is helping too but gym only made it look more emphasized
Posture should be held by your muscles, to maintain and correct it you need to work with the biomechanics of the body. Such nonsense on the video is worth nothing. You continue to have bad posture but show everyone that you are even. And it might even hurt.
Think about this
I've suffered from this. The only help is to get real and know that back (lower traps) and butt are too weak. Hip flexors and chest need stretching out.
@@visionquest414 I didn't mean to know all. I guess I was not so obviously admitting that I sit too much, and it took me a while to realise I had to take action to fix myself. Have been in pain years but it's way better recently.
The research is fantastic . The question is how to replenish aging cells. Products like these make sense but one must consider proper dosages and a way to quantitate the effectiveness ( as is the case of all supplements ). Once this type of quantitative analysis is achieved then you're talking serious stuff and the ability to make educated decisions.
somatics I feel stretching is a short term, and, i also hear from many sources that after years of stretching and some exercises they seem to need more somatic type of movements, helping to ease what stretching problens that have developed in people.
The problem, the body doesn't learn with man-made support. I working on corrective movements, I do believe this kind of support is only temporary.? stretching is temporary and many times not a positive outcome.
