What do you recommend for cable management? I have a start/stop record button that goes to my grips, external power source and a monitor and the cords are kinda a tangled mess at times.

Hey, I am sorry, bot I did not use a shoulder mount. I only use the Sachtler ACE tripod and an 3axis handheld gimbal, that a friend of mine owns. Cheers
Yes................. Unless you can find a Sigma Micro4/3 lens.............. But any adapter will do, but the speed booster makes up for the cropped framing. But the short answer is still yes............
Hey any problems getting a signal to that Lilliput 665? I had a cheaper Lilliput and another and neither work with the BMPCC. I know it's a known problem, just trying to nail down one that works before I buy. Thanks in advance!
Perfect. Thanks for posting this video as I'm just waiting for my BMPCC to arrive. I've been searching for the necessary add-ons for my rig and this vid was great timing and very useful. Great to just see a rig being set-up. I'm planning to get the following for my rig:- BMPCC (Of course) Tilta BMPCC Cage Aperture VS-3 7" Monitor Zoom H5 Rode Stereo Mic Pro Roxsen Focal Reducer (Speedbooster) Sigma Art Lens (Not decided on which yet) Various cheap C-Mount lenses ; )
this cage looks so cheap. The top handle being attached to a coldshoe mount?? Maybe I am just used to the more heavy duty cages for the BMPCC, or at least something like the Movcam cage.
Hi - oh sorry - watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XO-XOqnrExg.html or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1-7wwSxKUeQ.html or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-axmuD8gPh1c.html Hope you like it!
I want to buy this camera no I will buy this camera but I guess it will be a while before I have a setup like this but I will have it thanks for this video
The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera has a 2.88x crop factor right off the bat, does using an adaptor to fit those FD Lenses makes the crop factor worse? I know the Speedbooster actually helps reduce the crop factor. But I've read that adaptors make it worse (more cropped) If so, do you have any idea by how much? I heard it doubles the crop factor which theoretically turns a 50MM into a 288MM (on the BMPCC) which sounds INSANE (In a bad way), I don't know if any of this is true, appreciate any help involving these doubts. This video helped, but just to make sure. Cheers.
More importantly, the speed booster is an adapter that allows you to mount different lenses, while reducing the huge crop factor that is given by the super 16mm sensor of the BMPCC.
