Yeah I live in Ede in a small studio for 710 euros, as a 30 year old and the walls are so thin my twenty year old neighbours constantly complain if I have the tv on at volume 30. Welcome to the Netherlands :)
Funny how this clown (the channel owner) posted this video as part of the leftist propaganda plaging the internet for years now, and everyone in the comments is saying he is wrong and that the now President of the Netherlands is absolutely based 😂 I guess you noticed all the comments calling out the bullshit you spewed in your video, which is nothing but leftist propaganda, but because you are a leftist there is no point in trying to reason with you. So please, walk into incoming traffic but don't forget to close your channel before that. Thank you 👍🏻
The fact that something gets more popular overtime does not take away the fact that that something is dumb, cringe and embarrassing. So yeah, cosplaying is for cringe weebs. Also, Japan opening up in the 18th century is a complete lie. Japan didn't open up to trade and relations with other countries until the US Navy forced it to do so in 1853. Before that, the Japanese only allowed Dutch merchant ships to enter its ports. How do I know all this? Because I am interested enough in history and other cultures to investigate the matter, unlike the cringe weaboos who only know about anime, manga, and have a distorted vision of Japan without really knowing shit about its history or culture. So then again, weebs are cringe and I'm pretty sure the average Japanese would also cringe at them if they ever set foot on their islands.
Nothing wrong with expats that come here to work, it's the mass-immigration of people who hate us and will never work but do get all the benefits that kills a significant part of the housingmarket.
Me as a' dutchty. Am proud' of Geert. But as we say in the Netherland. First i want to see. Before i believe. But i like to hope. A' new Holland. Will come true.. And give us back. Our traditions.. But that is a' nother topic.. Loved the video..👌🏼
and why should I speak english in my own city. upside down world and everything by green left, bunch of snobs who are ruining my city. only non amsterdammers (students) voted for them.
we don't have a housing shortage. we have overpopulation. too many students who don't leave after their studies, too many expats who drive up prices. too many asylum seekers who have priority and too many tourists. no we don't have any more housing. stop either tourism or refugees. or studying students or and expats end studentsbwho are finisht school. Go away so the real amsterdammer can live in there city. Thank you
Solution is very easy, stop allowing investors to quadruple the prices as a cartel and stop making laws and rules that drive people into poverty due to crazy taxing. For the amount of tax we pay every Dutch citizen should be having a home.
This is so weird. My friend just got a job in the Netherlands. Indian citizen who studied computer science in the UK. His company provided him with a house in Amsterdam. It is a huge 2 bedroom house with a balcony, q king size and twin bed in the two rooms, a HUGE living room, and kitchen for ONE PERSON?! And he got a rat in one house so they shifted him to a similar flat overnight.
Property management companies rent out a lot to companies, who they more often than not overcharge a lot. That’s because it has significant tax benefits for the company that’s renting space for their employees. This is where a lot of these investors in real estate make the bulk of their money in rental property. These are not apartments one could just rent for under €2500 monthly.
@@DonMas-car-pone I really don't like it. They should prioritize the European citizens first, they are the natives, they should have the first right. And every European country should implement laws like in Gulf, work until a limited period and then go back to home. As Europe needs w0rkers but indigen0us culture should also be preserved.
We need to stop using the environment as an excuse to make things insanely expensive. It's a clear lie or they'd have policies designed to reduce population / fertility rates. Instead they cry we don't want children and they keep incentivizing people to have more "polluters" (as the Dutch say). Also, there's lots of expensive houses available and they keep gentrifying the most desirable places by taking down apartment buildings that are perfectly good (maybe in need of some maintenance, but they intentionally lapse to have an excuse) and replace with more expensive newer apartments (no nitrogen problem on new buildings if you demolish ones first????). They should not be allowed to demolish anything without at least multiplying the usable space and number of residential units by a factor of five. There's a lack of tall structures across the country. The entire country has a population that is SMALLER than São Paulo Metropolitan Area! You can't play the "high population for not enough space" card either! And houses are larger in Brazil (unless you're really poor) and almost everybody has at least one private enclosed garage (I don't think it's even legal to build new houses/apartments without a single or double garaged linked to it). I like the Netherlands. You have nice people. The streets are safe. I strongly dislike the green agenda and I don't agree with it because I know it's a farse. The only real green thing someone can do is to not have children, but we don't see policy. Healthcare will even pay for you to get pregnant when nature doesn't let you, instead of incentivizing people to get fertility control procedures, so we have less people fighting for the same resources. The reality is they want more people to SERVE at a lower cost per capita. And now they're also pushing an insane vegan agenda.
TBH, Immigrants are made scapegoats. In reality, Government policies and makelaar have created an environment of shortage and overbidding to exploit people. It's a nexus where everybody is involved, For example: Appraisers have conflict of interest to inflate property rates to push sales through. And these all entities are Dutch only not some boogie man from abroad. Fix your system.
Going to the Netherlands, I was a bit shocked to hear about the housing crisis. Going on the train to the big cities, one sees so many flat fields perfect for construction completely unoccupied, less than 20 minutes from the cities. Also, I don't understand why, even with a housing crisis, the culture and even student finance incentivize young people, 18 and even 16-year-olds, to leave their families' homes and get their own, despite the ridiculous prices. Of course, if each house has fewer people, you will need many more. If the Netherlands really plans on having a house for every one or two people, it really will need to add many more.
Thing is, those fields are all farmland. Vast majoirty of the netherlands is farmland. And Farmers dont want their to be buildings build on their land.
Islamic terrorism is being spread to many countries usa and European countries filling the minds of the young with propaganda remove them dont waste time they want civil unrest
