Our rollator walker and wheelchair in one was launched in 2010 and an all-terrain version of this model was released at the end of 2019. In 2016 we introduced the lightweight rollator walker with big bag. In 2020 we developed the Parkinson rollator walker with cues.
Rollz International has an active distributor network in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Britain, Italy, Spain, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and Japan.
I experienced the same things but I find most of its in me! I hate being disabled! However most people accept me for what it is! Hang in there it’s ok! Remember your personality is what folks see! You’ll be fine, just fine!
I've had mine for 3 years now, it's still in perfect condition. The tires never got damaged, and I've been in forests, on mountains and rocks, the beach, cobblestones, and even the occasional shard of broken glass. Still my trusty companion for shorter walks and travelling abroad, as it fits on a bicycle rack on the back of the car when folded, and my manual chair doesn't.
Working in healthcare in direct contact with patients for over 20 years I can say that this mobility is safer than a walker IMHO and so much more adaptable allowing a sense of security and stability.
This would sell like hotcakes around my area where several over 55 communities are. But there is no supply store where people can go to try it out! Online sales only?
The guidelines of our products require both hands for maneuvering and breaking as handling with one hand only would be risky. The best would be to talk to a physiotherapist or a medical expert who can guide you in accordance to your needs.
Love this! I’m 24 and have POTS and various other chronic conditions and use a cane most days and a rollator some. It’s awesome seeing other people with disabilities that aren’t consistently debilitating day-to-day
Ive been on at rollz for years to make a rollator wheelchair that doesnt need a seccond person. They finally made one. The big question i have is how do you charge the batteries. Is it a removable battery pack, how heavy is it. Or does the Rollator need to put on charge. How long does it take to charge.
I can’t wait to be able to, I’ve gotten in contact to have a demo and hopefully if all goes well, I should be getting the 2 in 1 rollator / wheelchair!
Can these be temporarily hired? My mother has scoliosis and is currently awaiting 1 hip replacement which after healing will then be followed by a 2nd hip replacement. She currently has a wheelchair, indoor & outdoor rollators, and mobility scooter. We are hopeful she will then regain some mobility after her hip operations. In the meantime we are due at a family weekend wedding event, being able to hire such a 3in1 wheelchair/rollator would make life easier for her & family carers whilst at the wedding weekend.
Hi, Sally. Did you contact us via e-mail or phone call? Usually this is how our technical department handles these kind of issues. Please send us an email at info@rollz.com and we will help you further. Make sure to also include pictures or videos that might help us understand the problem fully. Thank you!
Hi! We do not have a video of folding the travel cover, but the process is quite intuitive and attaching it to the frame should also be possible when in wheelchair mode. If the process is not successful, please email us at info@rollz.com.
Can you show a closeup of the winders to flick the handles around? On mine they do not win around freely like this and they are difficult to hold 'out' to wind more than half a circle at a time. The other vid also has her hands hidden. Need shot from behind the walker.
Also the tabs next to the wheels that aredesigned to put foot on to help raise the front wheels getting over kerbs (at 51secs), I find I hit the top of my feet on when I am walking and if not in a covered shoe frequently result in bruising and/or swelling. Be good if they could be folded in/removed or some sort of cover (I've covered them with a tennis ball with a slit in it to go over them so my feet dont hit the hard edges of them). It requires a fair amount of dexterity and balance to use them as intended. For me, they are only a hazard, not good design. Hope yr designers will re-consider.
@@CheEch451 Thank you for your feedback. We will pass it on to our designers. Regarding the handle rotation, would you be able to send us a video at info@rollz.com so our technicians can advise you properly?
Just purchased mine. As seen here, the wheelchair pack that is usually hanging at the back of the bench seat, can be placed on the front so I have a roomy frame to walk inside. I am protected at my front and my sides by the frame. Love it. In love with it. Prayed it would lay down in my Toyota Yaris so the parcel shelf would cover the boot as usual and I could hardly believe it. With the small front wheels on the floor of boot, touching the back seat at the bottom. The larger wheels came right to the edge of the boot and, amazingly closed easily. 😂
The written instructions and this video combined enabled me to complete the installation and brake adjustment. I'm a little confused that the front tires say how much to inflate them, but there is no visible valve. For the rear tires, I used my bike pump with built-in gauge. I'll put the pump that came with the new tires in the wheelchair component just in case we need to top them off when away from home.
Hi, Linda! The front wheels are run-flat tires and therefore do not need inflation, hence the absence of the valve. Hope this info helps! Enjoy your outings! ☺
Hi! The mobility aid is called Rollz Motion Electric and can be found on our webshop: www.rollzmobility.co.uk/product/rollz-motion-electric/. The tools used to lift the chair is called David Wheelchair Hoist.
@@chrishess7105 Hi! You can find more info here: www.rollz.com/rollator-walkers/electric-wheelchair/. Unfortunately it is not yet available in the US, but we are working on obtaining the FDA approval.
Hi! Thank you for your feedback. The Rollz mobility aids are certified on the current measurements and that does not leave to much room for adapting the current seat width. However, we will forward your feedback to our R&D team to be considered for future models. Best regards!
Vielleicht ist der SEATA Rollator von Strongback ja eine Alternative? (Kein Transportrollstuhl, aber dafür ein Rollator mit ergonomischem Sitz und Rückenlehne und mit 48cm Sitzbreite).
Mine just arrived today. I am excited about it but the one disappointing aspect: It seems like if the wheelchair package is attached (either in front or using the optional holder, which I also purchased), it interferes with the seat. Am I missing something? This is a significant disadvantage for me, as I need to be able to briefly sit and rest when using a rollator but if I can't do that with the wheelchair package attached, then the convertible feature is useless and I might as well just take a regular rollator or wheelchair instead.
Hi, Amy! We understand your concern. It is indeed the case that when you use the 3in1 holders, you cannot use the seat. However, when attaching the wheelchair package at the bottom holder, you can still take a seat on the rollator. We have had feedback that this option is not the most comfortable though. The feedback has been sent to our R&D team for future developments. What we usually advice is to simply turn your rollator into a transport chair (it takes 2 seconds) so you can rest conveniently at any time.
This is my dream rollator. But i may be able to afford this when i retire 1 year from now because i know for sure its very expensive. How much is this? I am from the Philippines.
Hi! You can check all product details here, for reference: www.rollzmobility.co.uk/product/rollz-motion-electric/. Prices worldwide might slightly differ due to regulations. The Rollz Motion Electric is not yet available all around the world, but if you’re interested for the future, we advise you to contact our customer service via email at info@rollz.com. Best regards!
