Perfect! I really admire your tones of effort in preparing that bangus, from deboning ( I'm not sure if I can do it without missing some of the tinik ng bangus), and the twisting and turning, marinating and inserting! The end product is worth it, sarap maki kain , I can smell the aroma of toyo and the vinegar compliments in the bangus skin, I'm really hungry now! Kanin pa more please! Thank you for a nice treat and feast in the eye recipes, I wish I can have some for lunch today hehe, anyway before I go may I invite you to have quick look on my kitchen as well, there are few ulam and desserts there that I believed are perfect match after eating the relleno, God Bless!
