that's how it should be Prospects do not ride in the middle even.. now if you're riding with just a couple guys and youre a prospect you can ride side by side with you're mother or you're Sponsor if that's what you call him then that fine but a club ride they Always ride in the back
Group rides are the fucking worst! The self righteous indignation that these bikers get when called out on their particular brand of bullshit by drivers that refuse to play by the bikers self imposed rules is truly satisfying to watch! 🖕 Group rides!

WOW! a lot of you have a misconception of what being biker means. Has nothing to do with blocking traffic or not, what we wear, ride or how we have rules. And for those making all the gay comments, most of our members are either retired military or active duty, so no, you’re not dealing with a bunch knuckle heads here. Now, a motorcycle has the same rights as any car out there in the road, most of you don’t understand how dangerous it is when a car gets too close (Specially people that don’t ride). In this situation, traffic was slowing down and I, along with my charter, slow down with it. Regardless of what lane we were in, if the vehicles ahead stop or slow down and we are riding fast, we are bugs in a windshield (the stopping distance increases when you’re in a group ride). This situation is no different than an 18 wheeler leaving a whole lot of space in front (which you see in the road a lot) so that if there’s any emergency ahead, it has time to react and slow down or stop. That doesn’t mean it's blocking/impeding traffic, or think they own the road as many of you think happened here. At the end of the day, I'm not gonna put my life in danger to please anyone here. Had I not notice the car behind me, they would’ve ran me over and no one would’ve care. So ride your ride, stay safe out there and live peacefully. Motorcycles are the closest thing to feeling true freedom!
All these negative comments WOW!!! I mean, dang, at 5:05 you said there's traffic and everyone is slowing down. And HEY FOLKS, impeding or not gives NO VEHICLE the right to tailgate another vehicle this closely in an unsafe manner. Motorcycles stop much faster and shorter than vehicles. Give the rider and the group the safe space they (and all drivers and riders) deserve. I'm a new subscriber. Good group ride video. I respect your hand signals to get the group organized. Thanks Toby, you clearly understand what most here don’t. A car and motorcycle are definitely not the same, tailgating a motorcycle is far more dangerous than a car, regardless of a vest, chapter rules or whatever it is. Look forward to have you in the channel.
Perceptions say you're riding to slow, you are slowing down traffic behind you, causing a slinky effect that causes accidents! I see a bunch of cars pack up behind you, why you slowing down traffic for rider buddies to pass you by? There annoyed, put yourself in there place, people have places to be at. Some late for work, hospital visits, weddings etc. Then theirs you sticking up a middle finger so a couple of your friends can pass by and rejoin the group. Hey David, I'm using an Insta 360 x3 with a 4ft long adjustable stick. I clamp the stick to my handle bars and move it accordingly to get different angles. I also clamp it on my rear crash bars and extend the stick all the way out to get that back shot.
