Info helps:Alfred Camera is the easiest-to-install home surveillance system with professional-grade features, period. ANYTIME, ANYWHERE. Unlike traditional CCTV cameras or home surveillance cameras, you can put Alfred wherever you need to strengthen security. Only works 2.4ghz if 4ghz and BATTERY CHARGER WORKS GOOD : 100v /120v/240v (240v make camera work good).
@@jeffcunha9114 yo I have wifi 2.4ghz I can finally connect! Uhhhh actually if you wonder that I have the same camera like you the Alfred cam plus with 2k view quality but thanks for answering if it's wireless or wired
@@VEGAX000 Hello again. I We are currently using two of the bigger Alfredcams, two of the smaller ones, and one older iPhone. I think they are great and help us monitor our property without having to worry about batteries to charge.
So I was told inside the cells it’s either of these unbalanced cells propt air inside the cells common one to be honest or burnt out wires terminals etc so if you are having trouble with them try these before buying a new one also if you do find unbalancing cells in the pack or damaged wires then you’ll need to fix it with solder to fix the wires if they break inside but for cells slightly unbalanced sometimes it can have air inside the cells someone on YT had this issue and used a tweezer to pick up screws with to release the air inside the cells so there should be a cap on them cells carefully see where the cap is on the cell and put the tweezer or tool on the cap press on it gently and you should hear some air being let out if your going to do this do it outside as your messing with lion batteries if that makes sense but after doing that to the cells slightly unbalanced you should see after letting the air out of them the voltage climb again and the pack show 1/2 lights put it back together put on charger and see how it goes no guarantees this will work but it’s a last resort for the battery hope this helps you guys :)
@ to be honest I’ve reset them using wires but doing the pick trick releasing air is very dangerous as it can go wrong but I’m going off what I’ve seen and hear these tricks defo work it’s just a risk you’ll have to take unfortunately it’s just trapped air inside the cells but I’ve seen them go wrong on RU-vid vids so I’m avoiding at moment doing this I’ve got a dewalt battery that needs this doing but it’s such a risk in doing it so I just left it but I do reset them using another battery for around 10/30 seconds and it seems alright doing so but messing with lion batteries is just like lighting a match with petrol lol 😂 so I avoid messing with them sort of batteries NIMH or NICD I do mostly
@jeffgunha9114 thank you so much bro what does revive a 5.0 DeWalt battery that was laying there for months I was just going to throw it away matter of fact and watching your video add me another battery to my pouch thanks keep making videos bro
I was expecting a video of Alfred Plus, I have the small version, and also connected outdoors like you, I added adhesive tape to the SD slot to prevent water from entering, and it works perfectly. I would like to know if you notice a difference when selecting people, animals and cars if it is better than the small version of Alfred Camera. Using the all-movement option can be a headache with moving branches or spider webs
I agree that it is the best software I found as a security application in relation to quality and price, its price here in Spain is 33 euros per year in the premium version, perhaps the camera is a bit expensive, and in my case more so, since Alfred does not It ships to the Canary Islands, for which I had to use a special service that makes the product more expensive, but in the end it pays for itself by 33 euros per year
Good day to you! As to your question, the Alfredcam Plus is running basically the same software as your camera. The plus does have some additional features. The most useful additional feature is the eight point detection zone. You can really fine tune the detection zone so that you don't get as many false notifications!
Yes, I will have to agree with you. We purchased four of these cameras now with our own money. We have two of the small versions and two of the bigger, outdoor, versions. To be honest, I think I will be purchasing two more here shortly. I really like seeing what is going on when I am away. I can even check if our dog Kobe is doing well! haha
@@jeffcunha9114 Thanks for the response, very kind. Today I was able to buy two new Plus version cameras directly from Amazon. I have not had to use an additional service to be sent to the Canary Islands. All the best
Good day! You are very welcome. We appreciate your comments and support. Please let us know how it goes with the new cameras from Amazon. I am glad to hear that you don't have to pay for an additional shipping service!
@@jeffcunha9114 Yes I am sir, after I replaced the valve cover gasket and unclogged my EGR, it’s still showing code P1399 for a random misfire. I even replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils as well. What’s a solution for this?
Sorry for the late reply. Were you able to clean the port under the intake manifold AND the port behind sensor? Also, when you clear the codes, does the P1399 come back immediately or after several warm up cycles?
Awesome. The error in the printer was not explicit, and you just led me to the solution, in my case just took the head off cleaned it up really good, and re-installed it, worked fine.
Sir, I added 2 eg4 batteries to my original 4 and put them into the same rack, you sir have wire shamed me with this excellent wire layout I will be coping this tomorrow. 😂
@@danb2160Good day to you! Thank you for your message! That is awesome that you now have six batteries! You will love them. Glad to hear that I could help in some small way!
@@Reedith Good day. Yes, according to some of our members, they made some changes to the drain system in the second half of 2024. The other explanation is they sell the units based on region?
@@Caseys_humble_Plaza Good day to you! It is a phone. It is called the Surface Duo and it is one of my favorite phones I've ever owned. A friend gave it to me! Are you thinking about getting an Alfred Camera?
@@jeffcunha9114 I just bought it last night waiting for it now.. I already have the account on my phone… was using a old phone but I need the real deal now
Awesome. That is exactly the same path we took. The night vision on these cameras make a real difference over the phone camera. Let us know if you have any questions once you get the camera. 👍
Do not buy! Midea didn't think at all about how to clean it. Yes, it works quietly, we bought it in May 2024, and we have been suffering from a mold smell for a month now. Midea didn't think about maintenance, it's impossible to reach contaminated areas and to pull it out of the case like a regular AC. Customer service did not help at all.
Thank you so much for your input! I haven't had this mildew issue, but I will see if I can figure out how to take the inside portion apart for you. What a bummer!
thank you for all the help its always hard working on my car alone and this really helps. looks like your father left a great man behind who really cares for others and is well knowledgeable thank you for all you do.
@@eduardocabrera-morales6237 Let me know if you need some additional tips with this. The repair we did on this Honda was successful, and is still fixed after these months that have passed. Yes, I learn a lot from others, and just wanted to give back. 👍
Not a fan of the wiring routing Looks like to pull a single battery you’d have to disconnect the battery below it since the cables go through the battery handles above it
@@marilenpalmero5018 Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I really appreciate it. Was your battery new when you were having the challenge?
This is great! As a climber I’ve used both of these knots hundreds if not thousands of times, and this is exactly how I’d try to pull a well pump if I had to do it in my own. Glad to see somebody has (mis)used this technique successfully 😂
@@jeffcunha9114 I’m using the DCB201 it’s 20v 1.5aH. They’re from like 2017 but two work perfectly and one doesn’t. I tried the jumpstart technique and that didn’t work. So I heard about the releasing gas from the CID mechanism and tried that but couldn’t get anything to release. Maybe when I jumped them I did it for too long? They’re the same battery so I would’ve thought they would just equalize in voltage. But the non working battery got super hot and the wires got super hot very quickly, within probably 4 seconds and then I unplugged everything. Not sure how to fix it.
@@AFpaleoCon Thank you for the update. It sounds like it may be time to retire that battery. You could try cycling it several times as some in this community had success doing so.
So mine is actually clicked all the way in and I'm getting that behavior. Any insight on that? At first i thought that's what you were going to show but was disappointed at the end
@@jeffcunha9114 It shows one bar and the charger shows that it's charged fully. It is properly mounted on the charger (fully clicked in) so I'm just hoping the battery isn't messed up. It's one of the bigger ones for the DeWalt electric lawn mower
@@ChristopherStetson First thing is to determine if the battery or the charger is giving the issue. Will your charger successfully charge a different battery?
I bought mine yesterday, I love it. But the water leakage is coming in my apartment. What am I doing wrong. Shouldn't the water be dripping from outside?
@jeffcunha9114 Good morning. Tks for the reply. My water drainage is on the inside on the side next to the face of the AC. I had it from Thursday this week and had to empty the hug pot of water 3 times already.

I love mine it runs 24 hours a day on solar power I have 8 panels and 3 server rack batteries with a inverter charge controller 5000 watts and my unit cools my living room dining room and kitchen about 650 sq. ft. Its more efficient than my 5000 BTU GE unit and cools twice as much.

Huge thanks for posting this video and giving me a heads up a replacement print head is for sale & available. I was able to get a refund on Amazon on the black cartridge that blew up, and put that money towards the replacement print head package. Next day delivery so fingers crossed it loads up and works as easy as yours. All of the other fix-it videos are foreign dudes trying to fix the dirty print head and putting super glue and stuff on it. Ain't no one got time for all that, so I appreciate you posting. New print head looks super easy and fast and most importantly I don't need to waste time finding a repair shop.
@@BrutafulStudios01 Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to comment! I hope the print head replacement goes super easy for you! Mine is still going strong with no problems over a year later! Are you working with the T120 as well?
I had a dead craftsman battery and “jumped” it with a Dewalt battery. Don’t have to be the same mfg. Worked but shouldn’t you connect the ground first like you would on a car battery?

Thanks for this review/install guide. I just ordered this very unit based on all the positive reviews about how quiet it is. It is to arrive the 4th of July weekend next week. So this has been very helpful instilling me with confidence for the upcoming installation of the unit into my bedroom window. I was wondering though if you have tried the smart features, like controlling the unit from the far side of are planet over the internet? That would be very cool to turn on the unit with the phone app before leaving from work. I can't wait to try that out! 👍
Hello!! Thank you for your comments! Yes, we use the smart features daily. At the time of this video, we had not set up our phone yet. Since then, we use the smart features every day. I am kind of a numbers geek, so it is fun to see the inside And outside temperatures! Did you get the 12,000 BTU unit?
@@jeffcunha9114Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I too ordered the 12,000. It's great to hear the smart wifi features have been working well for you. I'm looking forward to it! 👍
Awesome! Absolutely, we appreciate your feedback. Additionally, you can set up a routine so the unit comes on at a certain time of the day, or manually turn it on yourself manually. The other day we turned it on from a four hour drive away, and the house was nice and cool when we got home! 🥶
