It’s crazy I play valorant and overwatch 2 all the time and get 200+ fps and now i am getting like 90-100 fps on a good time of the day and 30-40 on majority of the time

By the way, if you have tried all these methods and they didnt work, consider loading optimised bios values ( factory reset bios) overclocking does cause this issue too. Especially any changes to the cpu cache speed. I spent 3 days trying to get it to work after 2 windows fresh installs i just reset the bios to default and it worked. Specs: i9 12900kf 4070ti 32gb 6000mhz cl30 Z790 carbon.

If you don't see the "Record and Stream" options in the AMD Adrenalin software with your RX 6700 XT, Reinstall the Adrenalin Software, check Software Conflicts And Unsupported Feature: If your installation is in a "Minimal" mode or custom setup, some features might not be installed. Reinstall with a "Full" setup to ensure all features are included
