Tony is the head trainer at FTGU FITNESS From The Ground Up. I started with Tony while I was still using a cane to walk after traumatic brain injury became my lifestyle. In just a few short weeks I don't have a need to walk with a cane or walking stick anymore. The only time I miss walking a cane is when I see a dog 🐕. Sweat is fat crying. Muscle strain and muscle pain is the beginning of muscle strength. Bodyweight exercises are great for when I was doing sit to stand transfers from wheelchair to physical therapy gym exam tables. It's time to get serious about the only body I can live the rest of my life in. Get serious about your health from the ground up with TK@(407)9136948

Traumatic brain injury made me look worse than a hot mess. I'm thankful to have been able to survive past the Traumatic Brain injury for 15 years now. Life doesn't get any easier after therapy. I'm not trapped behind the mountain of limitations I couldn't see a way around. Jesus moves mountains ⛰️ Facts
Summarize this please I woke up this morning tired. I realized I am tired of being the person I was yesterday. After I woke from a coma I had a new found ability I don't remember having while I was active duty army for a enough years to not get excitement from the adrenaline rush of doing some of the suicidal things I never considered dangerous while my mind hand been thoroughly brain washed in the active duty machine on heavy duty spin cycle. I had this insanely simple strategy to not be a veteran with a traumatic brain injury, no life longevity or expectancy. My theory was simple, yet not easy. I decided to embrace the next day I wake up with curiosity about what would happen. the more new things I noticed, the more creative I became with how I deal with the cards being delt. After a year of physical.occupational, and speech therapy at the James A Haley veterans affairs hospital, I've regained my walking, talking and courage to embrace new things and new days when i arrive. when i awoke from a 17 day coma, I had the biggest and most effective excuse to stay in bed. It's harder to be successful laying down with building a business that works for you while you sleep.I actually went through a lot struggle to be here with you now. This Now is infinitely better than I could imagine my future being when I couldn't see past the the brain trauma and all the deficits that are systemic of traumatic brain injury. My will power never died. I searched and sifted through memories for answers to the age old questions like why am I here? what happened? Where am I? Full disclosure: I am not supposed to be standing here talking, but the other guy found an excuse to stay in his bed. I am grate ful to have chose to get out of bed and check out why these therapy people keep stopping by and saying they can't wait to work with me. I'm glad you are able to see me and hear my voice. Please get out of your bed like this more often. To see over your limitations: you have to lower your expectations, or increase your abilities and skill set. that all comes within your version of self that observes your life like a little person at a desk job trapped between yours ears and behind yours eyes and lives to do whatever your wil power deides the being you are inside of your mind decides. Life isn't about finding yourself, but more about creating yourself. creativity is the greatest gift of freedom anyone can experience. Nothing changes unless you do. The TBI with the PTSD mixed up with ADHD to add to it makes me an unlikely candidate to be here to deliver this message to you tonight, but I chose to get out of bed and embrace the future. you are already out of bed. go embrace your future wherever you imagine you want to be. The most Awesome woman told me, the universe where we perceive our life from is like a mirror a nd reflects whatever you put in front of it directly back into you life experience. Time waits for nobody.Only wait for the right time, is great when your first plan and contingency plan is perfect. Now will will remain NOW infinite NOWS from NOW Ebrace your future NOW!
The people from Bangladesh who run this citgoare extremely nice, friendly, helpful, people and always ready to hand you the key for the outdoor bathroom and chase you down the street for Keychain you borrowed. They collect on loans aggressively in Bangladesh 🇧🇩
It was sufficient for the year I stayed there. It feels much better to be in my own home doing my own laundry not having elderly people's laundry mixed in with mine and giving socks that aren't mine to the nurses at the nurses station or at the front desk
