I’m currently doing the taps on my 22 month old as she’s trying to sleep. And I think it’s working! I’m going to continue through the night as needed because poor baby is coughing her lungs out! Congestion is the worse. Also thanks for the laugh because at first the taps sound crazy loud and your beautiful boy is just there hanging out 😅. He was a great model for this. Thank you both!
Yes it is save to do on a 3 month old. As long as you don't make your baby cry. It must be comfortable for your baby. If your baby is fussy or cries, stop immediately. You might hurt her if you percuss too hard with the wrong technique. Usually this technique is very comfortable for small babies and it puts them right to sleep. I do suggest you first get consent from your Doctor or Physiotherapist.
Clean your diet up and your breastfeeding milk will be fine. Avoid mucus causing foods research the mucusless diet and the alkaline diet you'll be amazed at real info and the benefits. Health is wealth people

Thank you soo much!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I’ve been doing this right now as he sleeps and his breathing sounds SO MUCH BETTER. And he is comfortable thank you so much for your expertise
This has been the only way to let my boy be able to sleep since he was 11 months. I'd do it after his bedtime feeding and he would be asleep. He would be in a burping position and I'd continue for at least 15 minutes or even 20 otherwise it wouldn't last. Be gentle and I pray your baby gets better.
Yes smaller babies loves percussion while they are sleeping. If your baby cries or wakes up from the percussion, please discontinue while sleeping. Sleep is even more important than percussion. Percussion should never be uncomfortable for your baby.
