Before you buy a new switch, you can try squirting some contact cleaner or WD40 I to the little holes on the back of the switch that has the problem. Work the switch back and forth manually a dozen times or so. Wipe off any residual cleaner and then try the switch. It worked for my brother in law's truck. Sometimes a switch gets a little dirty. If you're using a FULL SYNTHETIC, ANY ADDITIVES will not do anything. Although they can compromise the SYNTHETIC by now diluting it, defeating the purpose of the synthetic in the first place
What are the nuts or ankers you used when you can't get to the back of the screw? I've gone to two hardware stores and showed them the video and they had no idea what they are.
Mannnnn!! These. shops need to stop with their high prices. I've been thinking it was the seat motor and was a expecting a $500+ repair. It's most likely the switch. I ordered the part today and hope to install when it gets here in a couple days. I haven't been too pressed about it since its the passenger side but I'll fix it for $20. Thanks for the video.

The stabilizers are important. If you love, your vehicle are usually put a fuel stabilizer in first, then fill the tank, but really doesn't make a whole lot of difference as long as the tank is full. Woah dude! DO NOT PUT LUCAS OIL STABILIZER IN THAT ENGINE!!! You thickend the oil on an engine that is made to run a thinner oil. That could lead to oil starvation. Bad idea.
These super thin oils are designed for colder temps so they can flow to the top of the engine, but in a tropical environment 10W30 synthetic is barely thick enough.
The m most important factor of oil is the conditions it will used for. Simple, the colder the lower vis. The warmer the higher vis. This is true for both synthetic and conventional oils.
DO NOT USE PAINT THINNER! He misspoke... paint thinner will remove your clear coat and paint... So yes, it will remove the adhesive, but also more than that. use googone.
