so is this M-5200-M8TC (Touring axlebacks with x-pipe) or M-5200-M8GC (Touring axlebacks with resonator) ? I am guessing the non-resonated one since it's pretty loud and agressive sound that the x-pipe usually makes
Do you really feel this system changed volume after "break in"? I just installed the touring on my GT500 today and actually sounds a little less volume than my stock mufflers
I wish I could have a Mustang. I remember when I was a kid, just walking down the street I heard a thunderous roar. As I turned to look, i saw a Holden Commodore. The sound that came from it trembled my soul. I can still remember it. I seek that sound. It was deep, loud but not messy, and it was so awesome. I have only heard that sound maybe thrice in my lifetime. I wish a mustang could sound like that.
The Ford Performance version doesn't have the resonator like the true Borla Touring does.... So not the exactly the same exhaust or sound. I'm looking for the true Borla Touring sound.
no, there is no difference in Ford vs Borla per se Ford sells many Borla versions too Ford Racing M-5200-M8SC is with x-pipe and Sport mufflers (chrome tip) aka Borla Atak Ford Racing M-5200-M8TC is with x-pipe and Touring mufflers (chrome tip) aka Borla S-Type These are Borla Touring mufflers + resonator with integrated H-pipe versions sold by Ford Racing: Ford Racing M-5200-M8GC is the one with resonator that has EC Certificate (chrome single tip) Ford Racing M-5200-M8GB is the one with resonator that has EC Certificate (black single tip) Ford Racing M-5200-M8GBV is the one with resonator that has EC Certificate (black dual tip for GT350) Ford Racing M-5200-M8GCSB is the one with resonator that has EC Certificate (Shelby oval tip) there may be even more versions than this (just what I found when researching what part number to order to replace the Corsa extreme cb I got the car with since the eshop information/images are not always clear/correct) Most of this information is from some german PDF released by Borla for the European Mustang owners so the car in video can be both the Borla Touring or Borla S-type...but considering how agressive it sounds on full revs maybe you are right in that it's not really true "Borla Touring" sound level but Borla S-Type
Very Interesting, we have a titanium full exhaust on our GTR, quite loud but on a long trip say 800 miles in a day found the interior drone after an hour just a pain in the neck. Was looking for a system for my 2017 Mustang GT and didn't want to ruin it as was the case with the GTR, my GT runs about 85 DB at 6K interior ( just android meter) Would be very interesting if you ran your GT with an interior meter. You should also explain the the DB # is logarithmic not linear so a very small reading increase is actually quite significant. This is to date the best analysis of the effects of an after market exhaust. Thank you for your work.
Yes, it does. I don't feel the guy I bought it from was completely forthcoming about the amp's condition. There's no way he didn't know about this noise. Then again, the amp operates perfectly and I paid half what it costs new. I use it as my sub amp in my little PA system now. Still running fine.
@Lollocide At larger servers can take up entire rooms or buildings and consist of more hardrive than you can imagine, server = lots of fans hardrives, wires, tanke processors and more power bills then u wanna know about.
Ware I live it would take more than just 3 of these just to keep my workstation from bsod if I were to turn off the A/C. 40c room temp without A/C during the summer = a bad sign.
@cyber8000 Essentially there isn't one, a server might run different operating systems and have different requirements, but typically a server is just a cut down version of a PC (Since they don't need graphics or sound cards or anything else that doesn't help them process data). A typical PC can do everything a server does, its just more user friendly than your typical Server blade.
agree, i forgot to mention that, now that you mention about disipating the NB, there's aftermarket HSF for pc(i dont know if there are for servers too) like the Tt extreme spirit, i got 1 and its great :) greets
ITS a MUST have airflow in a server, you cant let the temps get high, thats why almost all server (in my opinion of course :P )are noisy, ib senn several server (rack mount, tower) and all were noisy greets
