🤣 It’s the Janome MC6600P! They stopped making this particular model in 2019 but now it’s called the MC6550. I went to a sewing machine store today and got a knee lift and other feet for it.
I like this idea. Gonna get a few shirts and make sure to get at least 2 with pockets. Then make sure the pockets are placed over the thighs to make it have built in pockets in the skirt!
Oh my goodness! Thanks s much for making this video. You completely helped fix my threading problems. Definitely saving this to my paylist so I can come back to it!
Please I need a step by step. I've been sew since I was 5 years old, but I still need your steps. I kinda know how you are doing this , just want to be sure.
This a 1990s idea that showed up in coastal areas. I love you have revived this thrifty idea to recycle tee shirts, You can do your ideas with any size that you want to git your size regularly. In the1990s we fabric paint splattered and stamprd two tees then for the assembly ccut one tee at the arm ares and attached it by sewing it just up under the Hem of the whole tee making a tee shirt Dress! I worked in a salon. We wore them like uniform and made them to SELL To our clients. I lived on the MS Gulf Coast and tourists would see our dresses on the beach , ask "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT DRESS"? We had a business card printed with info to our shop just 2 blocks off the beach. It was a WIN/ WIN Situation for All of us! New clients , sell products and so much fun creating the dresses which we all produced ourselves. Most popular were RWB tye dye ,Star fish, Fish Fish, Watermelon slices, and a Big Shell stamp we carved into a baking potato! So much creativity. My Specialty was a Seahorse on the shoulder with "Eel shaped horseshoes."at the hem. We each made a profit from sales divided after expenses and a share to the Shop at the end of the month. So much Fun!!! When Mardi Gras time came, we "PURPLE GREEN AND GOLD"( MARDI GRAS COLORS) Every where Thanks for bring back a wonderful time in my life. I just might make up a few for me this summer. I loved #22 , the green dress. Also Thanks for the tip on the tee shirt yarn. I hope you will share my old school idea with your subscribers. A bit more work but wonderful unique results. 🥰🙏✌️‼️
