Only as a part of collection, otherwise not, it is definitely not a DX machine. Has good and very rare combination for nowadays radios of SW, MW and FM.
Γεια σας finally, few countries have kept the analog tv signals by the air .More Albania,Bosnia,Turkey.. Russia, too.Thank you Georgig. did you do a zapping in a hotel in Gibraltar ?
Γεια σας i believe STV come from someone using SDR usb key on computer, called HackRF it can broadcast by câble link hf or if a user connects an antenna,it gets little power.
Hy,where did this tv channel come from ? MTV 80’s or maybe a neighboor used a sdr usb key or classic analog tv modulator using an antenna to broadcast..MTV 80’s is available on iptv and Câble tv networks in option or in basic package.
Hy,in France DAB is progressing,60 % about population covered.. 50 stations in several regions..I’m discovering radio Dab+ in Greece, thank you Georgig. In France, Dvbt 2 is coming with UHD TV.
06 (ET1) is from Pelion. 07 (ΕΤ1) is from Pangaeo. 46 (TV100) is from Aridaia. 61 is ANT1 from Tsoukalas Polygyrou and 65 is ANT1 from Philippio. For 67 if I'm sure it must be from a municipal broadcast of a well-known village of Serres which is near Bulgaria (Promahonas probably).
@@georgig years ago was fun living between many buildings. Scaning in the UHF band I was get 4 of these channels. Always broadcasting a movie from a video, changing at least two times in the same day. Of course these broadcastings were illegal. In Spain it was called "viceo comunitario" (community video) .
@@josesebastian5986 , exactly as the headline says. It should be abandoned here in BG some 15-20 years ago, but surprisingly I found some channels in use.
Yes, affirmative, with which I received in Corfu, Greece, besides Italian Maltese stations. 🙂 You can see these receptions of mine back on my RU-vid channel.
Yes, you are absolutely right! My mistake was caused from the fmscan org website where at that time, 4 years ago this station was unlisted. Thank you for noticing and best regards from Sofia!
Hi I'm assuming the clarity and stronger signal came from using the magmount discone antenna... Just purchased a uniden ubc125xlt and struggling on receiving anything.... Any advice greatly received.. Thanks..
This Uniden requires patience and quite a lot of manual reading, because working with it is nowhere near as intuitive as the Japanese Icom and Yaesu. That's why I use it very rarely, as you can see on my RU-vid channel, and I also have several desktop scanners of the same brand - Uniden, which for the same reason are rarely used. For simple things like noise reduction level, bandwidth and modulation, you have to read the operating instructions every time, and that's not so easy when you have 10-15 scanners and many other radios. 🙂 So my advice would be - read the manual much more carefully than you originally intended, and have more patience than you would with any other device.
@@f_a_l_l_e_n , as far sa I noticed S1 and S3 are playing Serbian pop, and S2 foreign pop. S4 is playing Serbian and Ex-Yu Pop & Rock, and no one of the stations is playing Serbian Folk. In their DAB stations Folk is been played only on Lola and RTS Pletenica. Anyway, the Serbs are having what to listen on their DAB radios, while we in Bulgaria and Romania we have still 0 stations. 😞
This radio have "OIRT FM" band?. With this, is a bit more easy DX on CCIR (occidental) FM. Minimal steps in OIRT are 10 Khz instead of 50 or 100 Khz. In some radios, setting OIRT allows scan from 64 Mhz to 108, (including thre Japan FM band) without gaps. Sometimes from 81 to 86 Mhz can be hearded (barely) some utility voice service, when a strong E opening happens.
No, it doesn't have OIRT FM band, and to be honest I have never seen such a car radio ever before in my life. Thank you for mentioning the utility voice services below 87,5 MHz, next time when we have E-skip here I will check!
I've been in Vitosha 4 months ago, and Rodopi mountains also. Bulgaria is very wonderful place. I would never have thought that there was a Ukrainian and Russian loop message, however I found Wagner Gruppa stickers in front of National Assembly of Bulgaria (Народно събрание), close to the underpass to cross Aleksandr Dondukov boulevard
