I like your take on this. Kramnik could do so much more in his position as a respected World Champion. Instead he chose to become an online bully. It's really sad to see. How on earth does he expect something good will come out of this nonsense?

But Kramnik fight against cheating deserve credit ...Online cheating became too casual
Kramnik is attacking innocent players without any proof, attacking kids, all the time, and in my opinion he totally deserves the attitude Hikaru is showing him. He is making lot of damage and gets nothing for it, imagine if you were a top player and could not sleep and play normally because a world champion keeps attacking you. So all the harsh words and swearing totally deserved and all other GMs should do the same as Hikaru. Kramnik should actually get sued and fined, not only sweared at.
Kramnik can disregard my opinion that bishop move was nothing so out of ordinary cause I'm total amateur, he can disregard your opinion cause you aren't Russian WC team. But that implies he thinks that Naroditsky plays blitz as good as WC team, yet he has to cheat against 1100. Total nonsense, he is arguing in a sake of arguing. BTW Hikaru in one of his streams also said bishop move is nothing out of ordinary and he himself would play a move with knight in that situation, that I hadn't heard anyone else even discussing.

It's absolutely absurd how Kramnik just discards your opinion as a strong GM. It fits perfectly with his contradictory statements, at one moment he'll make fun of somebody considering a move he deems inferior and at another anyone considering a move he doesn't consider must have found it through the engine (Bc8). There's no apreciation for different modes of thinking, different strenghts, different experiences in positions he might not be an expert in (Leningrad structure), differences in skill across time control. I'm sure in his days as a world champion he had plenty of help with opening preparation, post-game analysis from players with perhaps lower FIDE rating than yourself, yet he's so quick to dismiss opinions as soon as they do not serve his narrative. I bet if you had commented Bc8 would have never crossed your mind, he would have called you a "Strong GM" or "Elite player" 😆
Arguing with Kramnik is like playing chess with a pigeon. Even when you win, the pigeon will still puff out its chest and strut around like it won. There was no point to begin with and the end result is just s#*t all over the board.

Danya checked a position with the engine when he was a queen up against an 1100 rated player, do you think he got an unfair advantage from it? Do you think that was the purpose? The match was already over so he used the time to educate the viewers. I realize it's technically cheating but not all cheating is the same. If it is then Kramnik should certainly not throw shade since he's been suspended for cheating (using alt account). Kramnik is being completely disingenuous and his supporters are as crazy as he is. It's kind of pathetic how Kramnik tries so hard to stay relevant when his career has been over for a long time.

Why are you asking Vladimir to stop accusing players of cheating but then proceed to do the same with an old accusation that is highly questionable and unproven? Unless there is proof that a player cheating, their name shouldn't be casually publicized as being accused of cheating or connected in the same sentence to a player who has admitted to doing so.
So he is accusing people of cheating to get their support? How does that make sense?! How do you expect people to be on your side while you keep attacking them?
He's not trying to get support. He's trying to get attention. Kramnik's only relevance in chess now is his accusations and other people's coverage of his accusations. The correct way of dealing with Kramnik is actually the same way you treat trolls - just ignore him and dismiss him entirely until he calms down and brings something substantive. You will never get rid of trolling by entertaining trolling.
levitov guy is in like the highest hierarchy of chess outside of top chess players,organized world championship matches,mikhail tal memorial, alekhine memorial ,russian superfinals he was president of the russian federation and vice president of fide so its not like he is not a random guy he has an outstanding carrer so calling him levitov guy is kind of insulting altought his behaviour might not have been the best

Exactly, what you said at the end was perfect . Kramnik should work to make better rules, with FIDE and online, instead of these which hunt, which inevitably cannot prove cheating without doubts and so just degrade/bully players (Danya in this case). If instead, there was a rule for online that only 1 monitor can be used, without other tabs or app open, then it would be another story (not to mention, easier to catch real cheaters) PS: I also want to say that is dangerous to call players cheaters without a 100% proof. As the Hans Niemann situation proved, these things can really affect players and could potentially ruin their lives or career. It would better if FIDE only could call chess players cheaters, maybe with a special type of court: so you give proofs to them, there is a trial, and at the end if they decide it's enough to prove without doubt the cheating, then FIDE themselves emits a judgement on the matter

Kramnik doesn't have any control with FIDE organizers. He can only suggest something be done like any other player. Problem isn't the players it is ALL the federations' organizers r corrupt and only get involved when they start losing money. This is actually making them money so they, of course, don't say sh**! This is exactly the problem.

Danya has to let it go, obviously politeness doesn't work here - Kramnik will keep going as long as Danya gives him attention. Either ignore completely like most he accuses or have to harshly reject him, like Hikaru and some others did. At this point Kramnik says he is cheater cause he uses engine in training - even if he plays random opponents, everyone who watches videos and participates, knows it is a training. Thinking like that - everyone who analyze games in free time with engine is a cheater.

Kramniks English is nowhere near as good as Danyas Russian. But Russian debates with proper not biased moderator would be great. Although I understand if Daniel wouldn't want to debate with Kramnik anymore.
