The first band really needs to work on their stage presence. The singer should talk to the audience while the guitarist is tuning up.

These people have an illusion that Arlington Town Government has any need or authority to busy itself with international or to assume it is speaking for a majority of residents. This is far outside the venue of Town governance. You are no here to be trendy or assume you have the automatic support of all residents on these extra-curricular interests. get back to Town business and leave the LARP'ing to activist and hobbyists.

She's unvoiced. Her vocal chords are not fully coming together. I think it is poor compression. This results in shreiking and flatness. She has a beautiful voice, great craftsmanship and comprehension, but her technique deficiencies should be addressed - she could be a world talent! Once she has warmed up a bit ( 3rd song) she does this much less, but it is still happening. Honestly, this would e easy to fix.
