Irene, what a huge piece of property, such a nice space for gardens, fruit trees and of course entertaining. It seems to be pouring, do you also have high humidity like Austin? Seeing your yard makes me miss our home almost two acres, but only a little over a acre landscaped. Some of our property was a nature preserve Stream and horse trails. But the city took care of that then billed us with the water bill. The city came in without telling us and put in over 40 sprinklers. Our water bill was over 6 hundred dollars a month, so we shut off over half and cut the water bill down to about 250 a month.
@@kathleengrill9864 we have days that are humid mainly when it rains or is going to rain like today. I love the sound of rain it so serene to me. We are blessed to have our home, all glory to God. The story of how we came to be here is truly an act of Him!
@@kathleengrill9864 I know as we get older we think we want less space but it really is nice to have an outdoor space where you can have a garden or something to do to pass your time because being in an apartment is probably more manageable, but you lose a lot of aspects of life activities

Good morning Irene , what a great idea a combination washer and dryer. It must save so much space. Can you wash a comforter (cal king size) in it? I also like the water cooler, I’ve never seen one where you put the water bottle on the bottom. I love you new laundry room it’s high tech and has such a nice design. Painting the pantry door was a good idea , and if you don’t like it just repaint it .
@@kathleengrill9864 I am not sure but it washed all the towels easily. It definitely saves space and time. Just load and go on with your day until it is complete and just take out and fold. It’s been a definite timesaver.
@@ShrinkingRutz What a wonderful appliance to have , would be perfect for Bruce and I , but it is pricey and we have new ones. So I won’t entertain the thought at this time. But we are looking for a new home so there’s always a possibility.

Hi Irene, what do you use to buff out scratches from leather? I decluttered my palettes, I was purchasing because I like the packaging. Luckily I have my daughter and nieces to give them to. I use dry shampoo after I shampoo my hair and blow drying. It gives fullness and I can wash my hair every 3-4 days. My gray hair is very odd it’s not even it’s in patches like dime sizes around my head. I saw that Victoria can’t remember her last name , the one who dated Andy Gibb , she was very odd looking huge head and a stick body. I was very disappointed because I thought she was so pretty in the television show Dallas. I have a few makeup and hair products on my wishlist and saved items that aren’t on sale. My husband will have to do his wishlist today. I don’t need anything but that doesn’t stop me from making purchases. Which dry shampoo do you use? I love Jo Malone I have the Roses and the fragrance is beautiful and I don’t get migraines. The purse is pretty design and you can’t beat the price. The dress I love the Kelly green so pretty. You hit a great sale the jeans for 80 dollars, I pay more for my grandsons jeans . I like the wash color too , they have a nice fit they look very comfortable and I like the lower rise I fine that more flattering. I agree with you on the tote.
The sofa came with a leather kit. It has a same color almost marker you can use that color matches to hide scratches. I returned the dress and bucket bag unfortunately. The dress was stained/dirty. And the bag was too big for my body frame. ♥️

I don’t think I’ve seen so many closes , when my husband asked a new dress I’ll just show him one of your videos. The rugs look perfect for your home, I love adding texture to the home. Your patio is so nice . Congratulations on your weight loss your doing fantastic. I agree if you’re shapely you will weigh a little more . But if your shape is straight like 34-34-34 you will weigh less. I’ve loss 13 pounds and feel so much better. Your coach bag is a pretty blue color. Your so organized with your items that you put in your purse, if you look in my purse you would go crazy. Maybe you can change out the chain , take it to a shoe repair I’m sure they could do that for you.
I am helpless without my husband, I don’t even try to do mechanical things. That includes recharging things or taking appliances apart to clean. That’s a neat machine something else I don’t need but think that I do. I just found out I have two Cuisinart air fryers which I’ve never used. Your hat is so pretty and looks fantastic on you. I always think of Texas as being hot and humid, I went to Austin in July a few years back and thought I was going to die. Very dramatic not use to humidity. Your breakfast looked delicious 😋 Love seeing the deer we had them at our other home. They loved my roses. I just purchased brown sling back Burberry heels and they are comfortable. I’m all for comfort when it comes to my feet. Seeing all the clothes and shoes and purses would drive me crazy. My mind would explode, I get off track. You shaved mocha, I didn’t know you could shave cats . That’s right my dermatologist told me makeup mirrors are not are friends and we see what others can’t. I use those pads and don’t really notice a difference, I’m still thinking about having Botox injected into my feet. My dryer and washer sanitizes too , but I should try the spray. I admire that you but so much thought in your outfits, I’d drive you crazy with my packing.
Hi Irene, you definitely think of everything. The home is very nice and well appointed, everything thing looks very nice. Smell is very important to me I’ll leave a hotel room if there’s a odor or pets have been in the room. I’m a little neurotic about that drives my husband crazy when we move rooms 3 or 4 times.

I love the walking pad , I’ve had two of the big ones with all the bells and whistles. Guess who has them my brothers. Give a review in about a month, I would love to know if you still like it. I love the blue one piece swimsuit with the low cut front. It’s very modest compared to what I’ve seen. Someone will love all the donated swimsuits.
