There’s so many comments quoting verses that show that Jesus was indeed a messenger and not god, y is so hard to come up with a verse where Jesus declares himself as god?? It’s because he’s not, he prayed to god, and he called people to god, him saying I’m the way and truth is literally the saying of every messenger. Jesus did say in the bible the father(god) and him are equal but this isn't the issue, the issue is he himself also stated the father(god) is greater than me. These two statements are contradictory. If bible is authentically from God, there wouldn't be such clear contradictions or difficulty in interpretation.
