When we come to the Garden Alone with Jesus, we as persons must allow Jesus to enter, and leave self and others on the outside of the garden, still wondering to enter the Garden with Jesus Alone. Stay Blessed with our Lord Jesus
Wow!!!!!! Your style of playing is amazing. I love how you are able to pick up the recording just by listening to the it. I play a little bit but nothing like that. I am hearing impaired therefore I can’t hear the recording clearly. Thank you. I really enjoy your style of playing.
Dear Dr. Sam: old white boy here. I wish I had 1/2 the intelligence & 1/100 the keyboard talent as you. I can handle the block chords OK, and arpeggiate the chord tones with my fingers already on the keys. But the way you move with passing chords, add color tones, and "baroque" ornamentation, is a mystery to me. I will look for your other lesson videos. God's blessings to you, brother.
@@Soundofjoy how about a specific way to add flavor to the shout if your playing alone without a drummer? Also I couldn’t find a video on your page covering the shout in gb/f#
I was viewing and learning on another song you posted, which also had this gosepl bounce in it. I am rhythmically challenged so frustration slowly crept in even after slowing the video down. I stopped the video, became determined, typed in gospel bounce in the search because I just knew SOMEBODY had to have a slower breakdown of this. Guess who showed up first in my search. 😅😅 You did and here I am slowly getting it better with less frustration. From your uncoordinated- rhythmically challenged- subscriber, I send a bunch of THANKS!!
Welcome to the channel. The gospel bounce is my version of the stride technique shorten for bass/chord in left hand. Practice with the videos and take your time. Once you get the technique you'll add to every uptempo song.
