Cooking is my passion. Easy QUICK and home food is all I prefer. I have grown up eating fresh tasty home food . I like using local seasonal produce in my recipes. Using local species for flavouring is the best. When cooking any dish I check on the health benefits of eating that food yes surely at times you need to treat your pallet as well. Traditional Indian and goan food is my Forte together with street food. But there are many recipes which I have been making of my own. I like exploring the culinary world and try out different cuisines at times with a melita's delicacies twist and using local ingredients and spices. I treat food very holistically that will satisfy not just the stomach but all senses and satisfy the soul as well to bring about health and happiness too. One Very important thing about food to me is that is there has to be no wastage of food in any form. So to counter this I keep inventing new recipes with leftover foods. Treat food with respect to heal you.

Thanks for excellent receipe. Can You please tell how many grams were your mangoes the quantity of salt for that quantity of mangoes and also the qty of green chillies and asfeotida.
I hadn't weighed my mangoes, add salt as required depending on how sour your raw mangoes are. Chillis too add according to how much spice you like. Best is to taste your brine.
