What can I say? It’s impressive, yet it isn’t musical. It’s mellophones, so inherently not a _musical_ instrument. It’s a hell of a sound, but also a sound from Hell which is interesting. The pitches get way up there, but strain over tone. Again, it’s a mellophone. Interesting, but I hope you aren’t abusing your chops. Former mellophoner. Long time horn player.
@@TheShermanki1 No. 1. My point is not that they are bad. It is that it is not musical. 2. Playing this at fortissississimo, be it them, or me, or pick whomever you want will not be musical, it will be a sound effect. Repeating the experiment expecting different results is insanity. 3. The all too common RU-vid retort of demanding proof that some random commenter present evidence of being able to perform better is exceedingly childish and devoid of basic reasoning. I do not need to be a great chef to comment on a meal. I don’t need to be a star athlete to talk about the game. I don’t need to be an author to have thoughts on whether a book is well written or not. 4. I do note my background in the instrument because it brought back decades old memories of marching band and, because I know what the instrument is like and that is why I’m impressed; though it would not have been a requirement to say so. 5. Have a happy day.
