Correction: the game does not class Lucia as lighting just fire (removed from beta) but i believe that the affix does lighting damage unsure of the name of the status when she is in lighting damage mode which is tied to blue orb i am sure about how the affix status work or what they are called just yet i didn't not use the lighting version in this video i will maybe make a showcase of the affix skill of Lucia at later date. Update after looking in further it will be impractical for me to show case Lucia using her ionization state because she fills it up way to slow so it becomes impractical without karenina scire + leap as Lucia takes too long to fill it on her own so sorry but its not likely that i can do this unless one of the upcoming A ranks can full ionization very fast i can't show off lucia using it because i don't have scire sorry if its a disappointment. i also had to drop the graphics as lucia would cause the game to crash sometimes i am not sure if it a me issue a optimization issue or just a issue over the board

The 3rd anniversary background is the beach theme also there is the possibility Kuro will delay the anniversary to the patch after Alisa because they haven't posted anything about it yet.

mistake on my part when building her back when she released i though Philip went on bot but when i double checked it was top. but it shouldn't be too much a BP difference if Philip is on top or bottom
i don't think the game counts that as the status effect because at 0:50 only Bridget is show as one who can apply the new effect. it seams to be a character attribute and only Bridget is listed as having that attribute. its also like the Void shield attribute everyone can break void shield but only teddy and oblivion have the attribute to break void shields faster than others. and also at 4:08 you can see the effect under the enemies heath bar it doesn't show like that with starfarer's weapon

No she doesn't need it is just nice to have edit and i am not sure if you will see this part but if you do no character in the game is unusable with out 6 star weapon or Cub in fact no character really needs their cub There are just some that benefit from their 6 star weapon more than just damage such as lee hyperrreal it is up to you if you want to get Alpha her weapon and cub but usually get the character and if you can spare the black cards the 6 star weapon is more than enough usually but if not a 4 or 5 star weapons will suffice. the same is true for alpha and all Characters releasing in future up to where CN is right now
Parry just like any other character by timing just right on parry able attacks and she is expected to drop very soon i am not exactly sure the day but i am guessing the 23rd of February 2024
