I have to say these little machines are quite impressive. I have dug up some big rocks and even bigger stumps, yes they are slow but they do the job. For what you would pay someone to do just one job on your land you could own one of these and do all your projects. I love mine and it has paid for itself. Happy digging
Had a cat just show up one day outta the blue and would constantly stare at this one area of my home and hiss. It would sit at the foot of my bed instead of zoomies and would be awake all day for a few days. Weirdo things prior to her appearance strange things were happening to me and my daughter that you wouldnt believe. After I noticed her behavior I saged my home and had it blessed. A few days later she was gone and our home had a calm feeling to it and things stopped. I truly believe she was sent to protect us before something worse happened to us (and things got really at 1 point right before she showed up). You never know why animals just randomly appear.
Big deal smarty pants is because there isn't a neighbor within 5 miles of our house. DUH facebook.com/photo/?fbid=8423609530998909&set=a.606793756013898&__cft__[0]=AZVeN1cqMTuK16lwOpdC287qLER456w7YIIgVV9RH-4Jp0iEMrc4CFQA4UEkULwBtOi-n67AKv_6Hvoi_K3gw-MkTWQHahooVO-v7q4detoBMA&__tn__=EH-R
It really is surprising. They claim 10 km under optimal conditions. No such thing as optimal around here. As soon as I leave my yard, there's trees in the way. But, I have had it almost 2 miles away before I got nervous and turned around ;-) You're supposed to always maintain visual line of sight and you sure as heck can't see this tiny thing half a mile away.
I've seen these things damaged from over stress. They have damaged buckets and cylinders. A tremendously useful device if you stay within their limitations. I don't know if they lack pressure relief valves or if they are not properly set. This looks like a man with man with machine vs rock feud.
You are exactly right Patrick. I was determined to unearth that rock. It was only a small tip exposed to the surface of my lawn. Tired of mowing around and often hitting it... I discovered that it was much larger than what I had expected, but I wasn't about to give up without a fight ;-)
Mine just came in on the 3rd of Feb, 2024, and I completed assembly the 4th. I've ordered the extra wheels and axels, but plan on cutting them down to do the same as you on the front wheels.
Yes it is. If I would have that small of a machine I would have moved a couple of feet closer just for more leverage but DANG that was a good size rock,I wish I had a thumb on my excavator.
haha I live in Stone County Arkansas. All that would accomplish would be to uncover many more rocks. As the dirt settles, more rocks appear on the surface. It's ok tho... gives me a reason to play on my toys ;-)
Good idea, but... I've already tried that trick. It severely limits your mobility. You have to get off everytime you wish to move forward or backwards or even side to side.
I woulda come by with my backhoe for a few hundred bucks and cleared all the rocks you wanted out of your yard. Glad you got it yourself but dang, woulda been cheaper to hire someone.
I really doubt that ! You surely haven't been to Arkansas in Stone County. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RYX3jv8GvL0.htmlsi=25rJpnsKL7yt4wsw
@Scott.Farkus lol 😆 I've had to back off and cover up my mess, when I tackle one that's too large for my equipment. I just add more dirt to cover up the iceberg. 🤣
Great machine, I installed hydraulic motors and wheels for it to move under its own power. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LIgvXbZIG3I.html
I have one got mine in 21 I've been making Changes to it big pump ( not for speed for efficiency) canopy differ pins Weld washer over pin holes keep sloppy out some large hoses differ seat 4 wheels AN MORE TRY FIGURE A WAY TO MOVE IT AROUND BY ITSELF
Dang, that is way more powerful than I expected. I figured that machine was built from tinfoil and would break touching a rock that size. I was proven so very wrong. Makes me want one for my farm now.
