I live in Chicago land.... And they want this thing happening so they can get the real state!! I've worked there as a contractor. From Mayor Dalyies home trekking South !!!! 15 years now! So they want these boys to kill and kill and kill and clean up their garbage!! South side is about real estate all the way down to Obama's neighborhood where the classy starts and they're just going to push the low income people all the way into Indiana. Yeah it's a 30-year project but it's halfway through!! Just one one man's opinion.
Born and raised on the south side. Mostly an Irish neighborhood surronded by some of the most dangerous hoodz in the country. There are still good people in these neighborhoods and they grind everyday. Go to work and raise there kids the best they can. I moved my kids away, but still go back all the time to visit friends and family. Only bout 2 hours away. But the Chi is still the best city in the world. Got the best food, and one of the most beautiful places in the world, Lake Shore Drive!! Hope they put the guns down some day and let young kids learn to live together, no matter what color, or race or hood.

I am a former chicagoian, left 18 yrs ago and haven't never looked back, it's sad when ever young black man, is a gangbanger, working for the Mexican drug cartel, they rich as hell, and they are not. I left when l couldn't get a job, couldn't even afford carfare to work, l had to use $100.00 for carfare and was homeless too !,. I left and went to Dallas Texas, got a job two days later, got paid $475.a week , retired to phoenix Az in 2014, what l don't like about the people in Chicago, is they too scared to take a chance and get a better life or scared to leave family members and friends, so they sit around complaining about what is wrong in Chicago, if you see your not going anywhere in life, then LEAVE!
