I absolutely agree with you. Healthy relationships require transparency, respect, communication and accountability. As an adult attempting to meet new friends I find that people don’t really put forth much effort. Relationship wise, I am in a healthy relationship but it took work to fully get there because everyone isn’t brought up the same but I have yo give credit where it’s due. When you have people who want the relationship/friendship the effort comes naturally. I’ve been enjoying the content on your channel! Thank you for the invite last weekend ❤

I definitely think therapy can be beneficial for those that truly want to learn the tools to be a more productive and emotionally intelligent person. There are so many generational yet negative behaviors that can be resolved if the proper tools were applied.
I have attempted to make connections using Bumble BFF and hoooooooney 😂😂😂😂 I’m convinced that there are many women who want to have the aesthetics of having a friend group but they don’t want to bring intention and effort to making the connection. It can be exhausting when you genuinely want to make connections. Louisville is a very cliquey place.
Yes bumble bff is like dating lowkey trash lol jk but it really is exhausting and sad for people who really want to connect with people. I have heard Louisville is very cliquey but that was in the business world. 😩
