This place deserves zero stars. 2 times I have been there when I accompanied my friends. The first time, I didn't like the food one bit; especially, the steak which wasn't stake after but glued shredded beef. I opt to order some drink instead instead, a mango lassie that was quite diluted and not tasty. The second time, again, I had the tasteless experience with unprofessional and rude waiter who claims to be the shift manager (Saturday, 30th April). We already cleared out previously with another staff member that one of us is not going to eat but he charged us a full course and when we told him about this he blamed us for setting and not eat and he said "I have to deduct £10". I was already furious with him about the way he treated us. This is the nasties encounter I had in a restaurant ever, I cannot believe someone like him is in charge of customer service. We I told him that his offer to return back the money that he charged us wrongfully, sounded from him like he's being generous he told me: "I don't have to be generous to you". What a seamless thing to say to people who attended your restaurant. He round not just the whole night for me but the bank holiday in total. Never stepping foot on that restaurant again
It was looks nice, but I’m always avoiding buffets that make a problem if you not eat everything you take. That left me bad memories from there. I like buffets that when you go to take something else, they don’t bother to take even half full plates that was about to finish later. That shows respect to the customer that you can feel comfortable to take much as you want and nobody looking at your plate because the food there it’s cheap enough so they don’t do this. There are plenty of buffets that respect their customers and not make you eat all. There was one buffet that make me problem that I didn’t eat the full plate before in glasgow it’s called Marble buffet. I’m never gonna visit them again, they need to loose customers in order to learn to treat us well. Hope they bankrupt and left only quality places that deserve us being their customers.
So you feel good throwing your food away... Man all you said in your post is that you are lasy SOB who picks up everything from all the stations at once and not eat half the plate... You get some reapect toward Coocks who prepered the meal not only for you but for everyone else to. Take a little, when youre finish take some more or something else again a little not full plate... so everyone else can enyoj food to... When I see someone stuffing their plates so they can hardly bring it to the table it makes me sick, like a pig not a guest!!!
Very nice video and nice to see you back. I went to that place just over a month ago and it's a good place to eat but it would of been a much better place if it had more food options. Regardless nice video bro.
