The Basel Research Centre for Child Health (BRCCH) brings together top scientists and clinical researchers from its partner institutions. Multidisciplinary and multi-institutional teams work to iteratively identify needs, conduct innovative research and scale and implement solutions for use in paediatrics.

The BRCCH has a clear vision to establish itself in the next years as a leading institution conducting use-inspired, cutting-edge and translational research that will improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents worldwide.

BRCCH’s partner institutions are the University of Basel, ETH Zurich, the University Children’s Hospital Basel (UKBB) and the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH). All partners contribute unique expertise in medicine and various areas of life sciences, engineering, information technology, public health and social sciences.
