Those build time frames are insane 😳 Seems like things should have been scheduled with more time for hiccups along the way. I sure miss the show. Such a drag there were so many clashes between father and son.
When Billy said Indian went out of business, when did they come back? Obviously they aren't bankrupt today, whats the story behind that!? Love my harleys, but I'd love to invest into a Indian someday.
I always liked the OCC show. I still watch reruns. Jr. was a little lazy, and Sr would get in his ass. I've seen a couple people say that OCC bikes was not meant to ride, and they were dangerous. I still liked the show.
Paul mentioned Bill Murray as his favorite customer to build for! A musician friend of mine (George) was playing a gig in Newport, RI several years back and spotted Bill in the audience. George went over and asked for an autograph. Bill agreed if the band would play a special song by the Everly Brothers. Which George did. After the night ended Bill went bar hopping w/ George and a few of the band members, til dawn! George said, he kept having to pinch himself, thinking this is Bill Murray partying, joking & drinking all night/morning w/ me! So, Paul is on the money about Bill. I would love to party w/ them both all night! I'd bet it would be a helluva time!
I found out about Chris from chuck marble. I thought 100k in 100 days was impossible. Last month I rode my Burgman 4100 miles in 4 days and had a blast! This was the best interview I’ve seen with Chris and I hope to meet him one day👍👍
Having to sell much of what he owns, including his house, employment refusal from JR, filing bankruptcy, that's all called karma for being an A+ asshole. Some of the show was staged of course but the drama wasn't.
