I need to replace one at a bank and for them wanting to be keyed on both sides and how thick are doors when you need a 1" body length or what minimum it has to be to allow them to be installed? And thank you
What is a vertical center line of the mortise cylinder? What is the center of a door edge that you are referring? Do you mean the center of the door at the point where the lock set is to be installed? When you say the "center of the door edge", I don't understand that. Also, I do not see a bevel on my door. It is 1 3/4" thick, steel door flat edge. When does a door have a bevel and what part of the bevel do I measure from, the long part or the shorter part of the bevel (from the outside of the door or the inside of the door).
