"the secret to success" bro what secret . this is the old age advice of just do it never give up , people already know this yet we keep failing, the problem is far more complicated than this . for example i know exactly what i need to be done i know the right thing to do yet i dont do it i procrastinate a lot because of feelings emotions and negative beliefs , it wont help at all to hear someone telling me just do it , never give up , i already tell myself that for the last 7 years and it only makes matter worse . we need to address the biggest underlying cause and for me it was related to mental health and bad work habits that i learned from my childhood and those are hard to overcome and almost no one talks about they only try to address the symptoms not the underlying cause .
I find a simple fitbit tracker can really help with some of this stuff. Smart Wake, 250 steps every hour reminder. Stress/meditation recomendations. How physical and mentally ready you are for the day ahead. Enjoy the run!

Hey there! I'm so glad I found your channel. Even though I'm a woman, I connect with a lot of the experiences you talk about (not sure why!). Here's the thing: pain became my constant companion at 11 years old, all over, especially my right side. From legs to pelvis, back to neck - it just wouldn't quit. But my parents brushed it off as normal growing pains, and let's just say I wasn't exactly believed. My mental health took a nosedive around 16, but again, it flew under the radar. Then came college, with tight finances adding to the pressure. It all felt too much, and I had to drop out. Finally, Mom saw things weren't okay and got me to a psychiatrist and a rheumatologist. It took a bunch of doctors (some even said I was making it up!) before one finally did an MRI. Surprise! Turns out I have ankylosing spondylitis. Meds? Not working. Therapist? Took a while to find the right one, but bingo! Autism and major depression, along with some other things. Therapy meds? Nope, not working either. Sorry for the long story, but I just wanted to say I get your struggles. Finding your channel feels like finding a kindred spirit, and I'm so happy to be subscribed. Here's to hoping things get better for both of us!
