Hi! Here you’ll find random videos of my Mom and I in the Smoky Mountains, Disney, Universal, and many other locations here and there. This started as a way for my Dad to be able to still join us on trips in a way, when he decided he couldn’t do them anymore. We decided to keep it going, because it’s been a great way to look back on anything we might have forgotten or missed.
I just got a new Loungefly wallet from Amazon. It’s the scene from Lion King where Scar sings “Be Prepared”. I didn’t know until I got the wallet that it glows in the dark. So I wanted to see what that looked like, so I shut myself in a dark room and it didn’t glow. So I’m not sure what I did wrong. But will be trying that again. My only complaint about the wallet is there is not slot for cash. Unless you use the zipper coin pocket and fold your cash. My wallet can hold 6 cards and it has an ID slot. I paid $27 for the wallet with free shipping. Because I’m a prime member I got the wallet in 2 days.
This video made me both happy and sad. When I first started watching, I thought oh wow, they are near us. Maybe y’all could meet up with us. I’d buy y’all’s lunch or dinner. 😄 Then I saw in the description, it was filmed a long time ago. 😢 Are you still traveling in Loretta? Please, if you’re ever near Fort Worth again, let me know. I didn't realize we were that close to you! I remember telling mom at one point that you were from Texas. We talk a lot about wanting to go back at some point, so I will! 🙂
@@LostGirlJessie I just watched your peach festival and Mary Martin museum vlogs. As close as I am to Weatherford, I’ve never done the festival. I had a coworker who lived there and she’d talked about it. It’s actually going on this weekend. I just have a hard time doing outside activities in the hottest part of the summer. I didn’t know about the museum. That looked fascinating. I’ve not seen that Peter Pan before. I’ll have to look it up on RU-vid. You know another celebrity who hung out in Weatherford was Cher. Her grandmother lived there. Makes me wonder when and if anyone knew each other. Once upon a time it was a small town. 🙂
@@mom234ever3 that's what mom told me after she saw it post! Talk about timing 😆 You should try and see it one day! It was fun 🙂 And the museum had even more stuff and such nice people working. It was a pleasant surprise to find it existed. We had no idea about Cher! There wasn't anything marked or anybody saying anything. So neat! Mom said its funny how many talented people come from these random places.
I actually couldn’t remember, cause it’s been so long 😂 I watched it back and apparently they came from Hot Topic. I’m pretty sure they are retired now, though.
I'm trying! I found a hard drive I'd actually saved some backups to (thank goodness), and I want to get them all done before I end up losing them again somehow 🤦♀️😂
😂 Well I was enjoying just putting together the shorts because they don't take as long to put together, but a couple weeks ago she told me she misses the long ones. Back to long form I go...I'm doing good! How about you? I'll make sure to say hi for you, thank you!! 🙂
You should check out Middle Prong Trail at the end of Tremont Logging Auto Tour is about 1.5 miles very wide gravel walking path is awesome. If Aunt Becky can make it Spruce Flats Falls is another great water fall on that same road.
We've been up and walked around Tremont, but didn't manage to do the auto tour yet. It was a nice day walking around the area, though! We haven't done the Middle Prong Trail or Spruce Flats Falls. I just told her about it as I read your comment, so she wants to try it next! 🙂 She also wanted me to ask because we were watching an old Yankees video yesterday, if it was ya'll she is remembering who got married in the little church in Gatlinburg or it was somebody else?

They have a plug-in for a 50, 30, and a 20. I hope this helps? Sorry it took me a bit to reply. I’m not usually the one to do the plug-ins, so I had to ask what she remembered.
It was fun for me, too, to see the footage again 🙂 I dropped my hard drive, though, so I’m not sure I’ll be able to recover anymore from the last couple years 😔
I was! Then I dropped my dang hard drive! I have some that I recorded on my camera saved that I can upload here and there, but unless I can find someone that can work miracles, I’ve lost all my video from the last couple years of travel. 😔
It really is! I know they ended up getting a lot of damage from hail not too long ago, so you’ll have to let me know how they are recovering from it. We heard the atrium had been ver badly damaged. I hope your trip goes well! Or went well! I know I’m a little late responding 😊

Hey, welcome back! I have not seen you all in a while. How are you all doing? BTW, how mom doing? One thing, I still dont get, I have never seen "blue" in the blue grass, even though I have gone to Louisville and been to Churchill Down, but still dont see it. LOL. Yeah! I finally managed to get my computer to update and work! I don’t know how, but I did lol. We will see how long it lasts. And plus some better internet. The “blue” grass has been a running joke amongst all of us growing up 😂 Now I just assume it’s a music reference, but it’s funnier thinking of it the other way. We were very surprised by how busy it was, too! We are all doing pretty good. Mom is planning more updates to the camper, actually! After she just did a full remodel! 🤣 I hope you are doing good, too! I need to start catching up on everyone’s videos now.
