Im a new desktop builder so can someone tell me tips for a future better desktop? The specs are CPU:am ryzen 5500 GPU:GTX 1650ti RAM: double 8Gb And a 512Gb ssd
You should instead get a RX 5700 XT sapphire nitro version to be specific, a second hand is like 150 dollars, and it's 2x or 2.5x faster then the 1650 ti. Also 1650 Ti is NOT the same gpu, it's wayy slower like 2x, while a 1660 ti is a hell lot faster. And a RX 5700 xt, (For the same price as the 1660 ti) is 30 - 40% faster
I had the i5 9500, and I had CPU bottlenecks. Firstly, I'd look at task manager for the CPU usage because afterburner gives a lower usage %. I then downloaded CCleaner, which has a performance mode that can put unnecessary apps to sleep. I had a bunch of apps that I did not even know of that hogged my performance. This helped me achieve much better FPS.
@@dula2462 ya I think so, I just bought a 4060 and I hardly get 150fps when old bench have better performance with the same specs, I also have 1660 super OC and i5 9400f with different results than this one, 110-120 fps eeven less in olympus...
what are your setting on distant horizon mod? I got I7 13700 and RX 7900XT and get 60 fps with this mod while using sodium and photon shaders(also use many optimizing mods)
How do you stabilize it? I literally have an i7 11700kf + 4070ti-super and its 16 GB of ram assigned to Minecraft and it gives sudden fps drops. Did you wait for the entire area to be rendered or what's the trick?
yes you have to wait a while for best results, its still loading tonnes of chunks for a while after you spawn so itl take some time to stabilize, hard to say low long but the longer you wait the better itll get
i mean i am so curios with msi thin gf63 rtx 3050 with i5 11th, 8gb ram to run minecraft with this mod and shader, i have this laptop but idk my fps drop so hard, i need help
ram problem id say, 8gb is wayyyy to little, 16 is functional but you might run into problems on occasion, also a 3050 is quite low end, it performs slightly better than a 1660 super, plus the fact its a laptop means itll heat up and just doesnt run as well as desktop components, if you got all the performance boosting mods you can already then i dont think theres much else you can do lol
wow, bro are you reading my mind? That's the exact same setup i got and im watching videos to see the difference between my old setup 1660 super i5 vs my 4070 ryzen 7 7700x
@@_Sn34ky Very True! This is just deathmatch so the fps is not accurate compare to Competitive mode. I have 144hz monitor with i7 10700kf and in competitive it average about 170 fps. It can go up to around 220 Fps and Down to 120 Fps. Either way, I would recommend Ryzen 5 7500F as my friend bought it. It can consistently average 300+Fps and its cheaper than my i7 10700kf
@@foxgirl7172 this is very relatable to me lmfao. Im acc building myself a pc with ryzen 5 7600x and a good ram so i can get stable and high fps on val
@@foxgirl7172 new gen amd cpus are very good rn for price/perfomance and future updates. But its a bit hard to find a good motherboard for it’s money and cooling system for it
