When will mopnado become available? I owned one but need another and can't find them anywhere!" No other's compare, I have sent 4 back due to cheap plastic. Mopnado is much more durable.
I have large expanses of tile in my house, this mop system is my favorite. I don't have disabilities, but have some back problems, so I appreciate the hand-slot on the bucket bottom to help tilt the dirty water out of the bucket, I especially enjoy being able to roll the bucket around the house instead of having to carry it around. I've been using this for over 2 years.
Its a huge hassle to untighten to spin it and then retighten when done spinning it clean....then the part that you twist to tighten and untighten got stripped and won't now work correctly...the twist lock I am talking about. Really disappointed.
We have purchased in 2017 and working very well, now recently the spring got worn out , we need the springs to work. We want one more new set also , where can we get !! whom to be contacted.
Are you on the fence about buying this mop system? Buy it! I got mine about 7 years ago and it’s still going strong!!! My boys grew up using this mop system and abused it when they were little yet it survived! Looking forward to buying them one of their own when they move out! Stop thinking about it and buy it! Learn how to use it properly and you’ll enjoy it as we have.
I just got my mopnado and had to use it during hurricane Ida - the mop handle does not move up and down easily like shown in the video. I had to keep pulling up the green knob/pole myself. Please let me know what I am doing wrong or if I received a defected pole.
I somehow lost the screw on cap to connect the pole to the mop head. I don't see a replacement on the website. I hate to have to buy the mop head just for the screw on cap. Has this happened to anyone else?
How many times to you have to empty the bucket when doing a large area? Once you wring out the mop the first or second time, doesn't the water become dirty?
So sad!!! It is a instructional video, yet, he forgot to mentioning or pointing out a very important detail that you have to unlocking the handle when rinse, otherwise, the spinning won’t work. I found out by accident after so many trials and errors.
I just tried mine for the first time yesterday and it was not as easy to use as the video suggest. I had to put my hand in the water to get the mop on spin thingy. Also when I was mopping the head doesn’t stay flat.
I need help, please explain to me why my mop flies out of the groove all the time, it makes it impossible to wash the floors, every time it just bends back and forth, the feeling is that you just need to twist it somewhere and everything will be ok? or is it a factory defect?
