I purchased a pre-owned Altair from Steve and love the machine. His responses were slow and then no responses. Never got my questions answered or class for the Altair as promised. If purchasing a lower end machines don’t have high expectations from all the promises. They definitely focus on the high end sales which in the end is smart business.
