Wayne Turner a good part of the reason Hank Jr was entertainer of the year five times.Bama Band was the best around. They weren't amateurs.I love Wayne's voice.

The Bama Band is extremely underappreciated, they made Hank as far as Im concerned, what a fun time those shows were in the eighties.

Been to 25 or so Hank Jr. Shows since 1991 and I'm his biggest fan but without Mr Wayne Animal Turner it's not the same sound! Had the pleasure of meeting Mr Turner at what I believe was his last show with HWJR in Bay St. Louis Mississippi many years ago and he was a class act!!
