Absolutely DWARF vibe!!! I would really like your music to be heard in my video, can I please? Of course, with the indication of the authors! I was surprised that not so many people know about your masterpieces! ( mean it must be 27M views! )
Boots of steel with mithril spurs are clanging in the field, We smash our hammers on our shield our enemy will yield Close the ranks and march ahead to the rhytmn of the drums They will hear the warcry of the dwarves Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad! We raise our great dane axes high and to our chief we cheer, HAIL! The battle it will soon be won and we will chug some beer, ALE! Pull your beard and crack your back The charge is drawing near They will hear the warcry of the dwarves Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad! The first ranks meet, our shieldmen smite! their hammers start the fight Then our axemen cleave some helmets with a blow of might When the battle thickens, our berzerkers join the frey Dualwielding axe and mace with a whirlwind move they slay Our onslaught can´t be stopped at all, our opponent starts to pray Their blood be spilled til the last drop, this is their final day Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad, aimenu Baruk khazad!
@@barukkhazad5804 Baruk khazad khazard aimenu! Out of curiosity what is your favourite bit from both lord of the rings and the hobbit? You don't need a group consensus
Tha bridge at 2:15 after the chorus is a rip-off from Amon Amarth's riff from the song "Pursuit of Vikings". Frankly, couldn't you guys rip off a better band than Amon Amarth? So much better material to go around and you choose those viling larpers that can only sing about ine thing their entire career?
We like amon amarth and they have always been one of our bigger influences, among others of course. But to call it a rip off just show lack of musical knowledge on your end. The melody and chords are very different. It does however fill the same function in the song as many of those typical amon amarth 16th note parts do. But honestly mashing about minor harmonies in 16th notes is pretty much all melodic death metal. But you´re entitled to your opinion of course, im just suprised you choose pursuit of vikings as comparisson as there are another much clearer song parallell to reference to this one. Well not matter, khazad aimenu is our anthem and a unique song and we like it! :D Try some other songs if you like, for example gold or chug your mead and see if you enjoy. Otherwise keep on listening to other metal bands, there are plenty haha!
thanks for saying so! Agree but its a lot of work and rough competition i guess. Tell your local promoters to book us is the best you can do to help! :D
I'm writing a fantasy novel about a world full of no human species and how they interact each other and this song it's kinda representative of almost every "diplomatic" campaign between elves and other species, specially with humans, orcs and obviously dwarves.
After reading Tolkien's Hobbit and later Lord of the Rings in original(my native is Russian) i started to grow hair and beard. After listening to this band my beard grew even longer and thicker
I was reading Lord of the Rings The Two Towers and I was on the Helm's Deep chapter, when I reached the part where Gimli attacks a bunch of orcs and exclaims "Baruk Khazad, Khazad aimenu", and I though "Oh that must be the language of the dwarves, what would it means" then I searched on google and find this badass song and I can't stop listening to this.
Yeah that one is a remains from the growl ages of our writing. Listen to some of the other songs for more melodies. Try gold or chug your mead or maybe narag zaram for more melodies!
I dont know if this is criticism but amon amarth is a big influence and i wouldnt call the vocals "clean" but yes it has a melody in the lead vocals where amon doesnt :)
@@barukkhazad5804 I listen to your album almost every day on Spotify. After 3 -4 times I realized that in spite of similarities it has also a different flavor. Melody in vocals is not a bad thing is only a difference. Sorry if I offended you. I was too hasty in my comment. Long live Melodeath and Tolkien..
Your video is very beautiful. I like it a lot. I have been trying to talk to you for a long time. I am waiting for your response. Please give me a chance to talk to you💗
