Is your channel name a reference to the Scan Line Renderer in Nuke - VFX compositing software? Or am I just exposing my inner nerd? I love these pastries. They sell something similar to this at a restaurant called Paul here in South Africa.
I made these for the first time last night and they were unbelievably good! I added in salted pretzels and galaxy chocolate. So good the whole family loved them. Thank you so much for the recipe.
As an Aussie, I can attest that outlining a saucer on the paper in an unnecessary step. Pavs are supposed to be messy with ordered chaos. Having said that, great job.
Ita a thick syrup made from sugar. Similar to light treacle in USA. You can make it --- Bigger Bolder Baking has a video on making it here on YT. I've also seen that you can buy it in US in international sections of supermarkets. And apparently King Arthur Flour also sell it online. Do not substitute corn syrup as it's not the same thing at all.
