Short answer is hell no. I traded this pile of shit off and went back to New Holland. I wanted a Claas but it wasn’t in the budget. Get the krone, or if you have a dealer I’d look at a Claas.
Having Run Krone 320 Easy-Cut cutter bars for going on 7 ears and have never had The " cutter=bar protection system activate with the shear-Pins shearing and the turtle screwing up to pre vent contact with ajacent turtles.... We Have 3 KMC 4760 cart mounted cutters and 1 3200 trail cutter.... Only replaced Drive line u-joints and Knives....

Did the head perform well for you this fall? Currently shopping for a different head for next year. I hear some good and some bad about the 2000 series depending who ya talk to. Seems like a lot of people really dislike the 3000 series. 4000 series seems better but it's more money than I want to spend. Currently have a 1083.

It was far from ideal. It was the safest thing we could come up with. These bins are rentals so we had to work with what was there. We were aware of this when we rented them. It beats doing it on a pickup truck bed, the bucket actually prevents it from kicking out.
