Hi I see different colored valve stem seals and the spring colours also differ but no one can tell me exactly wich is inlet and wich is exaust. Can you not please supply this information with the gasket set like you do with your torque speck sheet
Got the timing chain gasket kit RN 15-10894-01 for my 2007 Frontier. Most the kit is not for my engine. Kit did not include the rubber/metal sealing washers. Sealent supplied with kit skins in 5 minutes. Frontier cover requires about 5 feet of sealant and 25 bolts. If you can lay out the sealant. position the cover, and get all the bolts in in 5 minutes, you are indeed the Master Mechanic!
@@danaaftermarket Can it withstand over pressure high temperature ethanol-gasoline mixture, like you get in certain kind of turbo installations without intercooler?
Thanks for the feedback, we'll look to add cure time! Skin forming starts after 5-15 minutes. The full Reinzosil curing time depends mainly on the relative air humidity (RH) and room temperature, as well as on the thickness (gap height) and width of the applied layer. At normal ambient conditions (approx. 73.4° Fahrenheit and 50 % RH), curing time would be about 100 hours.

Will the option to swap batteries on-the-fly be available? It will eliminate the 8hr charging downtime. I will be able to drive one way, the 200 mile battery distance, swap battery packs and drive back. Mounting the battery packs under the chassis on removable slide-outs with Amp rated battery connectors, etc. Will make it serviceable. Also, have battery service stations, similar to tesla and evgo, where I can stop for 20 mins, not 45 mins of charging time, swap packs and continue my socal to norcal trip. You get the idea. Assuming that the battery is the only part dictating distance and not a matter of allowing the other moving parts to rest overnight because of durability, this option can be possible commercially or even as DIY if extra packs can be sold separately. ...just thinking out loud
Hi, I am Graeme John Eddington. Following is my RU-vid post of my Multi-speed transmission I have called: "Opposing Torque Dynamic Clutch" which is a type of Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) which I believe is ideal for your current applications. Australian Patent Number: 2020201132. Please log on to my RU-vid video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SACDK89U7PM.html In summary: It is a Compound Planetary System with two inputs from two separate electric motors. Motor 1 tries to rotate the carrier counter-clockwise and Motor 2 tries to rotate the carrier clockwise. The ratio, acceleration and speed of the vehicle is controlled by the amount and proportion of power/torque from the two motors. In addition the ratio of the transmission is affected by the speed and load of the vehicle. So, with the aid of speed sensors on all the components of the transmission, the speed of the vehicle, position of the accelerator and a kick-down switch - all that is needed to control the whole system is a computer. There is no actual gear selector for the driver to operate, however a manual mode would be appropriate where the driver has a 'balance' control knob that manually controls the proportion of power/torque to each motor and therefore can choose any ratio desired for the driving situation. An added enhancement could be added to the transmission by having a traditional planetary overdrive attached to each of the motors to enhance the rev range of each motor. This would enable the provision of extra modes like economy mode/sports mode and improve the kick-down mode by inputting more revs when the gearbox is in an extremely low ratio during kick-down operation. Having this type of transmission would improve acceleration and range of the vehicle allowing for a smaller battery pack/lighter weight leading to cost savings and simpler manufacturing. Okay I have a question. when we turn on power supply, motor will start rotate the differential then vehicle moves. Where is the clutch here Where is the control here ....?
you dont need a clutch, there is no gear box so no need for a clutch, you step on the pedal and it moves, you take your foot off it will roll to a stop and happily stay stopped untill you step on the pedal again, electric motors spin over 10,000 revs easily, and have powerful torque, so no need for a gear box
Okay, times are tough and I’m low on money so I am going to try your DANA SPICER SELECT U joints on the front of my F350. I’m glad they’re greasable and I’ll use synthetic grease- I hope they hold up
