My name is Hannah Martin and I am a 22-year-old professional ballet dancer with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. Having had a background in rhythmic gymnastics (Hence the RG at the end of my username), my channel started because I wanted to share the joy and inspiration that movement brought me. From competing at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and World Championships to now being an Artist at my dream ballet company, I like to believe that through hard work and faith, anything is possible if you truly set your mind to it.
I like to share things I've learnt and experienced throughout my career here on this channel to hopefully inspire you to pursue your goals and dreams. As you follow my journey in pursuit of my own goals and dreams, I hope you will feel encouraged to explore the endless possibilities that could be just around the corner in your own life!
I’m in high school. Have four classes, 3 of which are college duel enrollment, dance with my studio 3times a week, dance with a local company two times a week(most of the day), take piano lessons, teach art classes, and help with my baby brother. Post It Notes are lifesavers!!! I write down each days goals and mark them off until I throw the sticky note away at the end of the day. So daily planning and also just making sure the Lord is in everything I do is how I manages my schedule. That’s the key. Make sure whatever you’re doing is for the Lord.

I am living the life vicariously, since as a kid I was not allowed to take ballet classes (they clashed with Hebrew school, which my dad ran). I am an adult beginner now that I can do it. I just completed my 13 day of stretch routine means 7th day of back stretching I am alternating back stretching with middle split on alternate days one day back stretching then next day middle split this way I am giving rest to stretched muscles for healing and reviving again for a day !
Finally I completed my second day stretch routine of this week ! And completed tenth of of stretch routine which includes back and middle split stretching alternately so this was my fifth day of middle split stretch ! This way I give a day rest to leg muscles and back muscles on alternate day without slipping a day for stretching ! Finally my persistent habitual exercising force won over my laziness today I was to be defeated by my own lazy resistance and was postponing and rejecting a workout belly and stretch routine but somehow I pushed myself for half an hour to be persistent in doing exercises and stretches this way today I have completed my 103rd day of workout exercising day excluding 16 resting days so it has been 119 days that's exactly four months almost exactly fourth month I completed my four months of persistent good habitual force today won over my laziness I am proud of myself ! Now time to bath and have dinner, hush ! This is the feeling of accomplishment and lightness confidence and positive fresh for which I try to be persistent in my daily routine whatever I decide I try my best to complete it !
I completed 8 days of stretch routine alternated with back stretching and middle split yesterday was a relaxing break day now another 8 days of belly workout and alternating stretching in middle split and back bending it will definitely take time more than two months to get my full middle split maximum three months minimum two months why because somehow last 10 cm distance from ground in split position my butt is still in air and I can't just flex stretch from that point ! That's why I am saying it will take more than a month may be two or three definitely with a right trainer right beside me everyday I would achieve the goal ina month definitely but doing it all myself is first risky and also nobody is there to see whatever I am.doimh is actually right or wrong there are subtle things which we can't get just watching videos also trainer helps you to stretch beyond your limits helping your body parts to slowly pull away for splits or back stretching even needling legs !
