Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
Hi. I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.
Great info Erica. Are there disabled or affordable transportation services like Access to take someone to dialysis and back in Summerlin or Henderson? Thank you for your great content.
WhenI moved to Vegas the school was crowded and wouldn’t take my daughter, they said just take courses online. It really messed up my daughter’s education and her grades suffered and never recovered. Her goal was to go to Yale, but Vegas ruined it for her and she never went to college.
Las Vegas gets super hot (well over 100 degrees) for 6-8 months. Are any of these places you talk about appreciably cooler in the summer months? And are homes available in these areas that are "affordable"?
Erica great video, I am looking to move to north las Vegas because a job. What is your opinion about north Las Vegas ? Best regards Jose from Massachusetts
Hi Jose. North las Vega has a lot of great qualities about it. I personally believe there will continue to be more growth, especially as business continue to establish themselves in the city. Feel free to call me if you’d like to have a conversation about areas and where to move to
Here are the top 5 reasons the RU-vidr regrets staying in Las Vegas, NV: • *Reason #5:* Prostitution is legal in most counties in Nevada, making it a difficult topic to discuss with children. • *Reason #4:* The cost of housing and living is not as affordable as it used to be, with average rent for a 3-bedroom apartment now around $1700/month. • *Reason #3:* Unless you have a specific, in-demand trade or skill, finding a decent-paying job is challenging, and the minimum wage is not livable. • *Reason #2:* Las Vegas has a high poverty rate, possibly linked to the poor public education system in the state. • *Reason #1:* Many HOAs are tyrannical and go above and beyond to make life difficult for residents, though there are legal limits to their power. i used gemini 1.5 pro to summarize the transcript
HOAs 1)70% are not in compliance with acceptable accounting principles. 2) 30% have Board Members or those 'liked' by the enforcers who are NOT enforced at the levels of the general membership. This selective enforcement is apparent from the street, unlike #1. 3) When.7 is multiplied by .3 you get .21. 21% of all HOAs have BOTH of these vectors of vulnerability.
10 Reasons not to move to Summerlin/Las Vegas! Reason 1-5 Miserable oppressive heat 5 months out of the year! Dry heat? Yep, just like my oven! Reason 6 Rattlesnakes Reason 7 Scorpions Reason 8 Black Widows Reasons 9 All of the there bugs Reason 20. Dust storms and depleting water supplies!
The only thing you can do when living in Las Vegas is to donate your income to the Casinos. That's the hardest thing Las Vegas residents want to avoid.
Navada ? Being a harsh and desolate environment so poverty is bound to be harder, the better economy also gets more borderline needy who are in and out of a job. Your average Indian Reservation is worse along with busted mill towns. Its the one industry economy when the casinos bust then nothing. Some commerical property owners are disconnected with reality also i remember one cutting down shady trees in the middle of summer not customer service.
Please enough with the B roll! I think that "RU-vid" school is emphasizing too much of the over utilization of "B" roll. Also, a lot of realtors always talk about master planned communities. Is that all there is in Las Vegas? Seems so.
I hate to disagree homelessness is not just people with issues that’s a right wing myth the fact is a lot of these people can’t make enough money to live and this is every where
It took you 40 years to figure out Vegas sucks? I'm thinking of moving there myself lol. I noticed most people that complain about living there are people that live or have lived there for a long period of time. I'm heading back to either Henderson or Summerlin because it's one of the best locations imo.
I have lived here 49 years and Henderson is great, you gotta just start to meet people, , take the first step. Great strip view and horses in back yard.
The choice between Summerlin where I live or Henderson? How many newcomers to the area are aware of the Black Mountain Industrial Complex that is tucked away behind the Henderson Auto Mall. I was shocked at what I saw viewing satellite maps. Even more shocking are homes in close proximity and not that far away, probably the most expensive homes in all the Las Vegas metro area. I take it that realtors disclose that? Cadence seems to be built on a former magnesium dump that has been remediated but still. No way!
Not only is she a goddess, she's very smart. I'm very impressed somebody brought up this factor. I'm super sensitive to elevation for whatever reason. I get dizzy and nauseated and my ears clog even around 3,000 feet
Thank you 😊 I’m glad you found this video informative. Las Vegas has several areas that have fairly low elevation levels. One of the contributing factors why it can get so hot
Nice neighborhoods indeed. However, for those wanting to live minutes from downtown, the Strip and airport…you did not feature anything in the downtown Las Vegas area. The vintage neighborhoods of Rancho Circle, Rancho Bel Air, Alta estates, Scotch 80’s, McNeil Estates, etc are great areas as well
She's full of Bullshit..so many lies..Vegas is getting very expensive..and it's just going down hill.. high rent cost of food..they don't pay shit for wages...and she's full of shit
I beg to differ. I think it looks all the same. Very cookie-cutter. Even the custom homes and fancy strip condos look the same. That said, the cost of living and opportunities are very, very good in Las Vegas. Also, I agree that the people seem to be very friendly. Trade-offs: trading uniqueness and culture for affordability and opportunity.
I remember the DMV in Vegas was hardcore. The security guard had a big ass revolver. I had to go to this clinic to get a drug test for a job, and it reminded me of the waiting room in Beetlejuice.
I moved to Vegas into a beautiful apt complex on Twain and Staley. After the sun went down it turned into the Walking Dead. The entire complex was filled with drug dealers, gangsters and prostitutes & at night the parking lot was full of roving groups of people on various drugs. It was a NIGHTMARE.
@@livinglifeinlasvegasnevada a friend of mine who was born and raised in Vegas told me it was the worst block in the entire city. That I was welcome anytime at his place, (Summerlin) but he didn't trust parking his car at my place. Beautiful during the day, nightmare at night. His place was nice, though.
