Snotty German scientists! Well, considering what other projects some of them had been involved in, I'm not surprised at their lack of consideration for the feelings of others. Makes me think of Tom Lehere's song about Werner von Braun.
I saw this movie, the first Marx Brothers movie I had ever seen, opening night for the Portland Opera at the Keller Auditorium party in the park after the show. I was laughing so hard at this scene I couldn't catch my breath and I legitimately thought I might pass out.
I can bet H!tler was fed with this hollow french pride. Look how those people are describing how it tastes as if it were a dish from heaven. And if you question them, it is again some shity cultural explanation. Now you know why H!tler needed a photo at Effle tower
For an inside joke they should have had Scott Paulin and Ed Harris wear work boots that had been spray painted silver. (In one of the publicity photos Slayton and Glenn were wearing them instead of the standard pressure suit boots. You can see the photo on the 'Mercury Seven' page on Wikipedia.)
I am afraid it is much worse than that. They are our mortal enemies & have been since the dawn of time. The way we fight is to become "aware" of who they are & the things they do. It is not a journey that warriors take by choice but by love of & obligation to Mankind.
You're on the track to a great awakening & I suggest you follow that path. Unbeknownst to the masses, we are at war, a war for our minds & ultimately our children. If you believe you are a warrior then I encourage you to get in the fight. It is the last chance we have.
