I would go for term life insurance as its premium is less as compared to money back policy and the another would be I can earn interest on amount that would be saved if I do not go for money back policy
Dear sirji, It was one of the most enjoyable lectures of yours.....However, One doubt arised in my mind-while i was visualizing my relatives as per sec 56, I visualized my brother and sisters. Generally, I do have numerous brothers and sisters. But Specifically i have only one sister, which we call as "saggi behen", isnt it? so kindly tell whether general brothers and sisters would also come under the definition of relatives u/s 56?? HOPE YOU WILL NOT IGNORE.🙂

Sir ji, mera ek resdential house national highway k pass hai, 40 years sa hum rah raha tha, par abhi humna isko recently usko sale kar diyaa hai, buyer na is property ko sale deed ma commercial with building with boundary kar k show kiya hai, mera question ya hai ki LTCG k view sa hum isko residential ki tarah treat kara ya commercial ki tarah???
